I’ve never been more pleased in my life with customer
I’ve never been more pleased in my life with customer service. As soon as I pulled into the dealership I was greeted by two gentleman that helped me get registered. Then I was shown to the next step where I was greeted by Alex who got me checked in with my ticket. She told me what they were going to do and how long it was going to take and she was right on the money. She also showed me to my vehicle after the work was completed. My vehicle runs great and the recall work completed. I’m so thankful!!

Initially I was shocked at the price of my oil change
Initially I was shocked at the price of my oil change because I was under the impression that it was free until I reached 30,000 miles but Iffy explained the situation and also took $50 off the price. The service was fast and I was happy with the results.

Tim was very helpful and responded quickly. I was able to test drive my car of choice and I signed the lease 2 days later. He answered all my concerns and questions throughout the process. The rest of the staff was attentive to my needs. Great experience!

Unlike most Hyundai dealerships the folks at Herb
Unlike most Hyundai dealerships the folks at Herb Chambers really seem to care about their customers. I had been provided with a quote from another dealership to replace the eps module on my daughters 2010 Elantra for 2300. Dollars.. Iffy and the staff at HCHofA found out that the problem was elsewhere and fixed the car for less than 400. They also didn't charge me another evaluation fee. I can't say enough. They really came through A+
