I was in panic about my car and check engine light and

I was in panic about my car and check engine light and Jeff called me back and squeezed me in 3 weeks before my appointment. My car was fixed in a day and he kept me updated along the way professionally. I’m sooo happy with the customer service I was given and his professionalism that I’m not uncomfortable to call him with any questions. Thanks Jeff for everything!!

Man, what a great experience we had with Steve (Stephen)

Man, what a great experience we had with Steve (Stephen) in sales, Paul, the manager, and Nha in Finance. We came in "just to test drive" a car, but realized it wouldn't fit our needs. Drove another, still not right for our family. Lucky for us, they had a Santa Cruz in stock and it was love at first gear. Steve was 100% zero pressure - was really there to help us and answer questions. They made it work for us, numbers-wise, and the trade-in process was SO simple, and we felt it was a totally fair deal. Nha in Finance made it quick and easy, stress, and pressure-free. We walked out that evening with our sales paperwork signed. Next morning we picked up our freshly cleaned and fueled new car, and they're finalizing our registration for us. Could not recommend this dealership more. It's been nearly 20yrs since we bought a brand new vehicle and to not have to deal with pushy sales folks trying to squeeze every penny out of you was amazing. Don't hesitate. Can't beat seriously nice people and America's best car warranty.

I went to the dealership that I had for my 2016 Hyundai Elantra, to purchase a replacement vehicle after my Elantra drowned in the flash flood. Marty Reardon was my sales rep . I explained what I needed from a vehicle and in the price range. He found me the perfect one. So Happy!! Thanks Marty!!

The quality of service is no longer there.

The quality of service is no longer there. Overpriced and mediocre work. Was told I needed new breaks when I had them done 2 months ago and the tires pressure was check. Makes me wonder what they really do.Not even the courtesy car was given, I had to ask for it.
