With the new faces at this dealerships long overdue
With the new faces at this dealerships long overdue overhaul of its service department, it’s working. Following Hyundai’s corporate orders, I brought my 2020 Elantra Limited back to this dealership where I had actually acquired the it but after less than stellar experiences from service ( and sales ) departments never went back. After bringing car back as ordered, I walked into a dramatically changed Service Center and met with Service advisor Brittany Beckwith who couldn’t do enough to address the then current issue with the car and explain that this was the New Staff and would appreciate that I consider coming back for future service requirements. Based solely on her interaction, I told her she just got back half of my dealings with Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn but as far as sales, never again. Also met new Service mgr who actually took time to get into the car with me and go over other concerns and immediately made appointment for another service call so Kudos to him and Brittany. Best Herb Chambers dealership I’ve been too! I bought my suv from here, and the staff was amazing! The General Manager was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns! Also Was very polite and respectful! Absolutely enjoy getting my vehicle serviced there! And there apples were fresh and so shiny! Loved the refreshments during my visit! Will recommend this dealership to friends and family!

Service writer Iffy was terrific. I was taken in right on time and my vehicle was ready when they said it would.. I was impressed with all staff members. I would recommend this dealership. I have already spoke to a friend who is currently purchasing a Genesis from them.
