Seriously you sell a car free oil changes first 3 years. Go in for 2 nd oil change and it costs me $90.00. Its not only used car salesmen who lie thru their teeth. Atty General will be contacted next week.

Solid service.

Solid service. These guys are knowledgeable and professional.Too bad Hyundai doesn’t stand for it 10 years/ 100 miles warranty if you are a second owner, so so keep that in mind if you’re planning to buy an used Hyundai even if it only has 15 miles on it don’t expect them to stand to that warranty, if your car needs service and is over 60 miles on it it will come out of your pocket and it’s not going to be cheap. Also you might have to replace the 4wd copler before you reach 75,000 miles on your car.

I was not a fan back in 2011 when I bought my Elantra.

I was not a fan back in 2011 when I bought my Elantra. Issues with us using our own credit union, the misplacement of a certified check and it just wasn't a fun experience. This purchase of our new Hyundai, was way better and it made us want to continue doing things with your group. Finally, the service department, Ethan was very professional and even though he had a full day to get the job done it was done in hours. The service desk person was also very nice and helpful, I think her name was Brittney(?) Anyway thanks a lot for your 180° change it's a pleasure doing business with you.

I am a female 76 y.

I am a female 76 y.o. My first Hyundai leased in 2017 easy to drive and handled the road in all seasons without a problem. Due to a no fault accident it became a totaled vehicle. Myself and passenger received minor injuries but painful contusions in the chest area. Without hesitation I chose to go back to Hyundai of Auburn and see Marty Reardon to assist me in placing another Tucson in my life. Mr Reardon fulfilled all my needs in purchasing a certified Tucson. I am thrilled with the car and looking forward to driving it out and to its new home. I am hooked on Hyundai and recommend it to everyone.

This review is regarding the service department. I called because I needed a new tire. The service department said come right over, we’ll fix it, no appointment needed. They didn’t even have the tire when I got there. If they had asked what my vehicle was, they could’ve looked it up. Ethan was friendly, but tasked me with locating a tire from another dealership. Overall it was not a positive experience.

I brought my vehicle to the dealership with a troubling

I brought my vehicle to the dealership with a troubling noise and to their credit, the service staff stuck with it until they found it and fixed it. Brittany Beckwith was very pleasant, helpful and communicative and I would not hesitate to bring my car back to the dealership.
