We’ve purchased 2 and leased 3 cars over the last 11 years and I’ve been gotten them all serviced at Herb Chambers. I’ve never had a bad experience, on the contrary, I’ve been pleasantly surprised on more than one occasion at the service I’ve received.

Service did not charge me for diagnosing a check engine...

Service did not charge me for diagnosing a check engine light that may be due to earlier work from another repair shop. I appreciate they don’t look to charge you for just looking at the car.

Liars

I will never buy another Hyundai from Auburn Hyundai. They sold my a Santa Fe sport with a recall in the engine. The dealer knows what is going on but refuse to fix or replace the engine. The said the need to do a test first. After that test my 2017 Santa Fe still burning oil. Don’t buy any used Hyundai from that dealer or any Hyundai. People are trade in the because the dealer will not fix the problem and they will sell that vehicle again.

We took delivery of our 2022 Hyundai Tucson today and the entire process, from the test drive to formalizing the deal, was informative and stress free. A huge shout-out to our sale professional, Martin Reardon, for his patience, product knowledge and his professionalism. I have purchased over a dozen new cars and this purchase could not have been less stressful - and that says a lot in this crazy new car market. Martin was straight forward about pricing and availability. If you are looking for a Hyundai or Genesis, I strongly suggest you contact Herb Chambers and Martin.

I have been buying cars at this dealership since 2007 and I highly recommend them. They are always friendly, willing to explain things, and accommodate my schedule. They understand that my time is valuable and they do everything possible to get me in an out quickly and make the experience as pleasant as possible.
