Good Salesman Bad Manager

Stephen did a great job but the sales manager nearly killed the deal with numbers games and a lack of transparency in the sales process. Stephen did a great job of directing us to what cars were on the lot and quickly got us into a test drive. He wasn't pushy and handled things professionally. The sales manager however would not itemize the base price, incentives, tax, title, registration and any extra fees. I asked multiple times and was simply printed the lump numbers on different pieces of paper. It was insulting and a waste of time.

Fist-time used car buyer

Ryan was of great help to me as I was operating on a very strict time frame to get a car prior to moving two weeks later to start graduate school. Ryan helped me figure out a way to get approved for a car alone despite being in the middle of transitioning/moving to a new state. Jean likewise was very helpful in ensuring I knew all of my options in regards to warranties & plans etc.

Great Experience

I loved working with Michael. Great guy and car salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us pick out the right car for our needs. I'd recommend Michael to my friends and family to work with. Rusty Clifford worked with us once we decided on a car.

New car

I went in to purchase a new car and was thrilled with my new purchase. Michael was caring and professional. He explained everything. The finance guy (sorry forot name) was amazing as well. Thank you Hyundai for my second Tucson!

Low stress transaction - easiest car purchase ever.

Sales rep (Michael Lemoine) was terrific and the dealership knew how to properly apply Hyundai's Volkswagen TDI discount offered to Volkswagen TDI owners buying new Hyundai's. Was an easy - less than 1 hour - low stress transaction. Very professionally done. They've got a new happy customer! My first experience with a Herb Chambers dealership was a good one. Nice job team.

Love my Hyundai!!

I would recommend this dealership especially to marty reardon I have nothing but good things to say especially the follow up by Marty to see if I had any questions or concerns in working any of the electronics especially with the back up camera

Great 2018 Lease

I came alone to Herb Chambers Hyundai in Auburn to learn about leasing a new Elantra for my son. He doesn't drive very many miles each year due to a handicap and a low mileage lease sounded like just the ticket. I spent the better part of an Hour with Ryan MacLean who taught me all the in's and out's of leasing a vehicle. We had purchased a 2006 Elantra at this dealership previously and found the sales & service to be excellent. A few weeks after talking with Ryan I brought my son into the dealership and Ryan walked us through leasing a new 2018 Elantra. The overall experience dealing with Ryan was very positive. He takes a lot of time to explain everything about the lease and any hidden problems we may not have been aware of previously. We picked up the new car on 8/17/2017 and Ryan made sure we understood everything about this car before we drove off! I would recommend this dealership (and of course Ryan) very highly to anyone looking to purchase or lease a new Hyundai.
