After i received pricing from Herb Chambers i decided to call Kelly Jeep for a comparrison quote. I spoke with Justin Sullivan and mentioned to him what i was looking for. Mr Sullivan got back to me ASAP with the prices for the two vehicles that i was looking at. I was very pleased dealing with sales person James Moore. After weeks of looking at vehicles from several dealerships, James in my opinon was one of the top sales person that i would highly recommend to a friend. I will say that i felt very pressured to make our decission by Monday night on this vehicle or the deal was off because of some pricing mistakes that were made. I was not pleased that our pricing was based on a leasing company that requires more insurance coverage and a $450.00 buy back at the end of the lease. After leasing vehicles at IRA Lexus for nine years we never had that issue with returning our cars or paying extra cost at end. I believe that all dealerships should disclose what bank they using to provide the pricing to you from the on set so you have the option form the begining. I look forward for a good experence with Kelly Jeep of Lynnfield. Thank you, David W Meehan

As soon as I stepped onto the lot I was greeted by a Janet Gadsby. She was very welcoming and accommodating. She and I test drove two jeeo wranglers, one of which i purchased. she was very knowledgeable and she was very interested in helping me find the right Jeep. I have so far recommended her to other people i know who are interested in purchasing a jeep and will continue to recommend her to others. she was outstanding.

My experience with Kelly Jeep was a good one. My sales consultant was very curtious and tried very hard to meet my needs. I was especially pleased that I was not pressured into purchasing the day I went in to test drive. We discussed a deal that I was pleased with and I was able to go home and think about it. No pressure! Very Happy!

We put a deposit on a really nice 2008 highlander on Jan...
We put a deposit on a really nice 2008 highlander on Jan 8th and didn't get the car until Feb4th. Worst delivery process ever. The dealership put the car on their website before getting the title. The dealership said they would have it within 14 days so we continued with the sale. This information was revealed after we drove out to look at the car and made an offer on the vehicle. After two weeks we were a little upset about not getting the car yet. We asked for a kickback for waiting so long we got $500 so we were okay with that in hopes the car would be delivered soon. Another week had gone by and still no title, yet we had to call the registry ourselves and give them the vin number for the vehicle to find out the status of the title, no one from the dealership offered to do that for us. We worked with Kelly Byron (helpful person, thank you) in hopes that we could get some more help or something to make the now 3 weeks not hurt so badly. The dealership refused to help. The deal was still good and we continued because my wife really liked this specific highlander and deal. Finally after 28 days we finally got the car. The car has auto start but we were not given the original key fob for that. We paid the dealership for a sticker they didn't get one so they told us to send the receipt for a sticker. The highlander had a break light out so we paid $10 for the light and passed the inspection. We sent the dealership the receipt for the sticker and the $10 receipt for the bulb. The dealership wouldn't even pay for the bulb. Not worried about the $10 but for all we went through and waiting 28 days they should have had everything taken care of or at least given us the $10 for their car not passing inspection without issue. To be fair, the dealership offered to give us a rental but we live 1.5hrs away so to go get a rental car for what we thought would be a few days, then drive 1.5hrs home to turn around in hopes of getting the car soon and spend another 3hrs to get there and back wasn't worth our time or gas money. I would like to say thank you to Kelley Byron for keeping us informed as to what was happening each day! We did call the BBB about this and we were about to call a news station about this situation if it were to go another week without this car. We regret having to write this bad review but within that time of waiting for this car; our brother bought a car, we refinanced our house, and our nephew bought a car, all after the deposit was put on this car. Good luck with your purchases at Kelly and the title holders of their used vehicles.
