Kelly Jeep Chrysler

I was in the market for another Jeep Grand Cherokee. I currently have a 1998. I went on line and google Jeep Grand Cherokee Hemi and only one was listed at Kelly Jeep Lynnfield. A 2006 fully loaded with low mileage. The website gave a photo review of the vehicle inside and out. I immediately contacted the dealership and spoke with Erin. Very pleasant and nice to speak with. Erin arranged a test drive scheduled the next morning. I arrived and met with Larry. We went out to view the vehicle. It was in excellent condition. Blue with the gray interior. I later test drove the vehicle and was sold. Larry was excellent to deal with. Very personable and professional. We had an inside joke that he made a Big Kid Happy. It felt like I was buying my first car all over again. That is quite an accomplishment approaching 60 and retirement. I told Larry I had muscle cars in the early 70's and had to have a Hemi in my Jeep. I couldn't be happier. We then went over to meet Tom to finalize the sale. Tom was excellent to deal with and his professional courtesy treatment made the smooth and easy. I was in my Jeep the next day! My hats off to your Dealership. It was like dealing with good friends. I started my search for a car online, like many people do these days. The staff got back to me right away with questions I had submitted online, and returned my calls promptly as well. Scott was very helpful and professional throughout the buying process. He made teh process very easy and hassle free, which I greatly appreciated

During our visit to the dealership, it began to rain. As we trecked around the large parking lot and learned more about the different options on vehicles the dealer was very accommodating and seemingly oblivious of the weather. We certainly felt that the one visit was enough to make an educated decision on which vehicle to purchase (and it was not the one that we had first thought we would buy).

I had just stopped in one day, not really sure if I was going to purchase a new vehicle. I was immediately greeted by Steve Sullivan who was very helpful. After some thought I did come back and purchase a new 200. Steve was really great through the entire process and would most definitely deal with him again. He was very knowledgable and took the time to to make for a very easy and pleasant transaction.

Larry was excellent !! We recently had a car accident and our car was totalled. Larry was so professional and went out of his way to help us lease a new vehicle. We work long hours ,have 2 children and were having difficulty coordinating pick up of our new car. Larry went out of his way and delivered the car to our home Your company should be proud to have a such a professional and compasionate salesman on your team.

Kelly Byron made my life so easy doing most of the work online. When I was ready to purchase, both Kelly & James made it simple. No hassle, no fuss. I went in, found the Wrangler I wanted, drove it, talked about price (NOT FOR 2 hours, nice and quick!) and bought the vehicle. I will be going back to Kelly Jeep to buy my next car and would recommend them to anyone looking for a Jeep!

As with almost everything I do, getting out of my current lease, and into something new was becoming a hassle. The above mentioned employees went way out of there way to accommodate me. Corey was extremely helpful, throughout my whole car buying process. He was honest and patient. Tom (s.manager) was a huge help and key part in getting me in a car.they were both very patient and actually took the time(took weeks because of credit issues) to find me the right deal.
