We really enjoyed working with Yamen Dallaji. He was informative, thorough and a really pleasant person to work with. There was no pressure. He took the time to listen to what we wanted. Yamen is very professional and at the same time very concerned and helpful. He shocked me a couple of times by being such a nice, caring man.

I began dealing with Erin through internet sales a couple...

I began dealing with Erin through internet sales a couple of weeks before I was able to get to the dealership itself. During that process mot of the ground work was done, we had more or less come to terms on a price and all that was left was trade in value of my vehicle and a couple other little face to face negotiations. When the time came for me to go to the dealer I had to cancel and the dealer held the specific vehicle for me until a day I could arrive. I met with Larry Bousbaa and the rest of the negotiation could not have gone better. Although a little short on my trade, we were able to work out a remote start and Kelly met me on all other portions of my negations...Really the process could not have been easier!!

I bought a 2010 jeep x package with hemi gorgeous...

I bought a 2010 jeep x package with hemi gorgeous truck,but wasn't performing the way it should of.after 5 visits and addressing the same issue they were not able to fix the problem with the truck. They weren't sure if there even was a problem. They couldn't say 100% if it was the characteristic of the truck.Once I got Andew Turransky involved he went above & beyond to make me a repetitive customer not only did I get into a 2013 jeep grand cherokee limited but I was giving a good deal do to the aggravation of the previous truck wich I only owned for roughly 2 months.Andrew was quick to make my problem his problem (good luck with that drew lol)!!!im very satisfied customer!! not because I'm in another vehicle but how I was treated & how Andrew handled the whole situation.im proud to say I will remain a loyal customer sending friends & family & I also will b ordering a 2014 jeep grand cherokee in a month or so.ty Corey nance my sales person and Kelly Byron for being patient and professional with me & most greatful to Andrew Turranskey who made my not so good experience a very great experience in the end.very happy customer & glad to do business again in the near future!!!!!

we visited Kelly jeep Chrysler after long day of work, driving for a distance for the 2nd time, happy to buy a new car especially when we met a wonderful men was the GM of Kelly, Cory was our sale's person , but unfortunately we had to deal this time for the 2nd visit with a low costumer service guy, his name was ILYA Berman, he wasn't polite to us,he wasn't willing to work any deal at all from the beginning, we don't know why he won't to sell the car to us, we were even surprised about what kind of business is that, we couldn't go forward with him, my wife was very upset and i was very disappointed. especially we were not far from closing the deal we had to leave the place with the baddest experience we've ever had in our life, the guy wasn't sorry or trying to find any alternative,very terrible! that was nothing to do with Cory his great guy or the other sales guys it was the manager problems i hop you guys fix it !

This was my second time purchasing a car from Kelly Jeep, and the second time I worked with Janet Gadsby. Janet, Brian, Rob and the entire staff at Kelly Jeep are incredibly helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable about their products. Throughout the past few years, Janet has kept constant communication and inquired about vehicle regularly to make sure everything was working well. In my most recent visit to the dealsership, Janet and the team at Kelly went above and beyond expectations. When I was looking for a specific style of the 2013 Jeep Cherokee that was not in stock, they went out of their way to source the car from another dealership. I can honestly say, it is a pleasure to work with Janet and I would recommend Janet and the Kelly family of dealerships to any customer.

What a wonderful experience. This is only the second time I have purchased a car from a dealership and It was everything a consumer could want in what is sometimes a nerve-racking atmosphere. I have wanted to own a Jeep Wrangler since I was 18 years old and now at 28 I finally took the plunge. I was greeted and immediately made comfortable by one of the managers and answered all my questions respectfully and without being pushy or wanting to get to the bottom line. I knew what my budget was, did my research and they respected that. I was then able to meet one on one with an amazing salesperson who answered even more of my questions and seemed to bend over backwards to make me feel comfortable and get everything taken care of with out me having to fuss with the more confusing aspects of buying a new car. I spoke with the finance manager and he was speedy and took care of balancing all the what usually seems like endless paperwork into a quick painless process. I strongly recommend visiting Kelly Jeep. I strongly recommend talking with both Yamen and Kelly. I know that you will be treated with respect and dignity. Please visit them and let them help you though the process, you will not be disappointed.
