I just purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Kelly Jeep and I couldn't be happier. The sales people were friendly, knowledgeable and professional and I never felt pressured. They gave me a great price on my trade in, and they put me in a car that I LOVE! I highly recommend Kelly Jeep!

I contacted Kelly Jeep Chrysler through the internet. I had a used vehicle that I had gotten from another dealership several months ago, and to be honest, it was a deal that went south. I was honest and explained the situation to Kelley, the internet sales contact, and she put in touch with Corey Nance upon my arrival at the dealership. Corey listened to what types of vehicles might work for me and we immediately went out to the lot to view the inventory. I'm a musician and needed to be able to haul equipment for gigs. After looking at a Patriot, we mutually decided that I was going to need to stay in a pickup truck. Not an issue...they had a 2011 Dodge on the lot, it was in great shape, low miles, but more than I thought I had budget for. Ilya, the sales, manager, got involved and made me a reasonable offer for my trade as well as lowered the price of the new vehicle in an effort to get the payment into my price range. I had business travel the following Monday and told them that I needed to think about it, but would follow up upon my return. There was no pressure, rather there was non invasive follow up. I called upon my return to see if the truck was still available...it was, and Ilya and Corey both indicated that they were willing to work with me more on the deal as I had kept my word about following up. I went into the dealership and was able to agree upon a price and drive out with the truck in about two hours. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Tom MacDonald and the financial service he provided. He quickly ran my credit report and found me the best rate. He even went through areas of my credit report that I might want to have a closer look at on my own. Again, the entire deal, once I made a decision, was literally a couple of hours. Everyone throughout the experience was engaging without being pushy and they did all they could to put me into a vehicle of my choice. Truly THE BEST car shopping experience I have had...Thank You Kelly Jeep Chrysler!!!

Overall a very positive experience at Kelly Jeep. Our salesman Rob Page was both professional and personal. The vehicle my son decided to purchase was very fairly priced and was just what we were looking for. Upon taking delivery of the car Rob drove the car to my son in Somerville to meet him at a friends house. The finance part was handled very smoothly by Lucas Stecker. After taking delivery a couple minor issues arose with the car but everything was taken care of by Rob. We would Definitely return to Kelly Jeep for future vehicle purchases!

I have had a very positive experience at Kelly Jeep. From my initial phone call to delivery, and even beyond that, Juan Bravo and Paul Panzini were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The dealership was a comfortable atmosphere and they made sure I was aware of all my options. Any other employees a came in contact with were also friendly, such as the cashier. I would recommend this dealership, along with Paul and Juan over any other dealership I have been to. I will definitely be returning the next time I purchase a vehicle! I love my Jeep!

Scott Lassiter was great to work with giving me my best options for a new car. He did not pressure and allowed the best for my trade in. I purchased the car and felt I had been given a great deal. Lucas Stecker made the finance go smooth and made the entire experience with Kelly great- This is the second new car I have purchased from Kelly and both times it has been a great experience thanks to their team.

I have dealt with several car agencies over my 55 years of driving and i find that kelly is far ahead of all. They go the extra mile to please the customer. I wanted a particular color and style which was available in hyannis, mass. Janet picked up the jeep on friday and had it at the location that day for me to see. Most dealerships want to sell only what is on their lot but kelly obviously wants to please the customer. I have bought 4 vehicles now from kelly and will go back in the future for any other car.
