This was a very pleasant shopping experience. My husband and I had narrowed out car choice down to a Volvo or a Jeep. Scott was friendly and helpful and never once aggressive or condescending. He was willing to work within our budget and was honest and upfront about what he could provide. I've leased for decades, and this was the first time I actually enjoyed working with a dealership!

I bought a 2012 Wrangler Sahara and I was very pleased with the sales approach, the ease with which we negotiated the sale and the end result of the negotiation. I never felt that I was being "gamed" or intentionally confused in order to better the position of the dealership. It was a great experience overall. Corey was the consummate professional who did everything he could to create a "win win" deal. I am extremely pleased with the vehicle, have always been impressed with the Kelly Service Team and would be happy to recommend the dealership to anyone.

I recently purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler from Kelly Jeep of Lynnfield and had an excellent experience. I had been searching online for a specific Jeep and options packages and located it at Kelly. Once I arrived at the dealership, I worked with Janet Gadsby and we had a deal worked out very quickly. Janet was great to work with and was able to answer all of my questions, both during the test drive and when I returned to pick up the Jeep a few days later. I would definitely recommend both Kelly Jeep and Janet if you are in the market for a new Jeep.

The environment was very calm. Scott and Jerry were very personable, and did not try to "hard sell" anything. The most important observance was that when I went to speak, they stopped and listened, no matter the topic. It made me feel important and bound me to them immediately. We had trust and rapour. I found a home!

When most people want or need a new car, I think we all dread of going to the dealership. All of the actions there can be overwhelming. BUT, I will speak about Kelly Jeep and Corey. I was interested in trading in my '04 Liberty with only 18K miles. Yes, the mileage was for real. Since the Jeep was older, it obviously didn't have a warranty. A few minor repairs were needed. Nothing major. It was great not having a car payment, but other things could come up after those repairs. I knew THE Jeep I wanted, as I had searched online. I had looked at other Jeep dealers in the area online. Kelly was the only one "online" offering a discount. I emptied out my Jeep a few days later and took a drive up to Kelly. I was greeted by Corey who was more than welcoming. (of course, he's a car salesman, right? Wrong. I felt as if had known him.) After test driving MY JEEP, I did not feel pressured at all. As he was talking about my trade in, he asked me who owned the title. I told him I did, it's right here in my backpack. I told Corey right off the bat what I want my payments to be. I was being realistically, but what I was given was too high. Corey went a did some work and got my payments to only $1 more than my budget. After a small down payment + trade in, I said were do I sign. I was able to drive home my new 2012 Jeep in just a few hours! I had 7 days to get my new registration and emissions sticker. Because of work, I had to wait until day 6. I walked in to Kelly and there was Corey... he knew what I was there for. He immediately went and got the registration, and we were leaving to get the sticker. I told Corey about me figuring out how to change the time. I had a problem though changing the date. Learning the new Jeep was interesting, yet fun. I learned that SAT wasn't Saturday, it was Satellite! The only problem I had, was that he wanted to drive MY JEEP to get the sticker. I thought to myself, If I'm at the dealership were I bought the Jeep, surely they must have insurance!!!! I did't want an accident since he wasn't on my policy. LOL!!!! I have never been happier with Kelly, Corey, and my new Liberty. I highly recommend Kelly and Corey. I will see them both in a few months for an oil change, and later when it's time for a new Jeep.
