Kelly Jeep Chrysler

A couple of weeks back I went to trade in my car for a new Jeep Liberty. After going to a competing dealership and not being able to work out a deal (think mind game and endless haggling) I ended it up at Kelly Jeep. I was happy to say that they had a large inventory of all the different Jeep models, not only that but I was able to walk around the lot and look without be chased by sales people. I quickly found a Liberty with the options I wanted for what I thought was a good price. I then went inside and met with my would be salesman Dave who was more than happy to get me started on a test drive as well as go over all the options and features in the Liberty. Overall I must say the buying process was pretty straight forward with no hard sell. While I would have liked to have seen a little more money for my trade (who wouldn't) it was a far cry better than what the other dealership offered me the day before. Also keep in mind that on some of the vehicles Kelly shows all the possible discounts available, some of which the buyer may not be eligible for and I can see where some buyers might call this a bait and switch. To be fair Dave was pretty up front about this from the get go and the Liberty I wanted was still very well priced. Moving into the business office to finalize the deal I met Tom who had a great sense of humor and went over all the finance options and explained everything without any hard tactics at all. Overall I was able to find the vehicle I wanted for a price I was willing to pay with no hard sell or mind games which I was happy about. My advice is make sure you do your research as far as pricing, incentives, trade values and dealership policies go. Also take your time buying if you can.

I went into this dealership already knowing what car and what features I wanted in the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Corey made the entire experience and process a pleasure. He knew the Jeep Grand Cherokee that I was interested in like the back of his hand, which essentially made me a lot more comfortable going through with the purchase. Corey was accommodating to all of my needs (feature wise, finance wise etc. etc.) He made the overall experience smooth and fun. Plus he has a great sense of humor and his approach was respectful (not pushy or annoying). Great guy, great dealership. No complaints!

Scott helped me pick a car that I would be happy with. My first choice 6 months ago was not the right one. I came back to let him know how I felt, and he helped me find a solution. I am very happy with my new car and Scott listened to my needs.

Juan is an excellent salesman, I have purchased 2 vehicles from him. His easygoing nature makes it easy for the customer with no high pressure sales pitches. I would recommend Jaun to anyone to purcahse a jeep product. I hane also worked recently with Artis. He was very friendly and keept me informed on the service needed. He also pointed out some poor tire conditions that I was unaware of. Overall very good to deal with.

The entire team handled our process from A-Z with terrific care and professionalism. Our deal was a bit more complex with multiple trade-ins and a new lease - yet we were able to get it all done within the day. Their on-site registration was the icing on the cake. Corey was a true pleasure to work with - going the extra mile for us to the end. Thank you all. We will definitely be a repeat customer.

Corey Nance was very easy to work with. He took the stress out of the purchase. He is very amiable and knowledgeable. We didn't feel pressured and enjoyed the experience. Tom was MacDonald was also very easy to work with and very helpful in going through and explaining all the paperwork.

Great experience and friendly dealership. The sale was very painless and kind of fun for a first experience! After the initial sale was also very easy and not difficult to get through. The whole experience was really great for someone who had never dealt with a car dealership before.

We purchase a new car every 18-24 months. In doing so, we have had the opportunity to work with many dealerships along the way. This experience was one of the most pleasant we have ever had when trading and purchasing a new car. When we went in, it was during the second half of a rather busy Saturday. Still, we were greeted (by the owner of the dealership) and given the keys to the Jeep that we were there to test drive. When we returned, Ilya listened to our requests and we very quickly agreed on the numbers for our trade and the new vehicle. Our experience at Kelly Jeep was a perfect example of a team working together to please a customer. Because it was so busy when we arrived, it would have been perfectly acceptable for us to wait until a sales consultant was free. However, instead of making us wait, Mr. Kelly set us up with a test drive and introduced us to several staff members. When we returned, everyone pitched in to complete our purchase. Scott, our sales consultant followed through for days after we picked up the Jeep- solidifying the fact the this was a great experience from start to finish!!! This is the way all businesses should train their staff- to work together, give the customer what they want, and keep a smile on their face through the whole process!
