I went to a few dealerships before coming to Kelly Jeep....

I went to a few dealerships before coming to Kelly Jeep.  When I arrived at Kelly, I was told that Janet Gatsby would assist me.  This turned into a great experience!  Janet made the transaction easy and enjoyable.   Some of the previous dealerships that I went to were very pushy.  Janet was always helpful, knowledgeable and professional from beginning to end.  I would highly recommend Janet to anyone looking to purchase a car without the pressure.

My experience at Kelly Jee was great. I worked with Dave Strazzere on purchasing a new Jeep and he really made the experience a pleasant one. When I walked on the lot I was not sure which model Jeep I was most interested in. Dave sat with me, went over the vehicles and pointed out the differences. He also made it a point to ask several questions that would allow him to point me in one direction or the other. We narrowed down the choices to a Patriot or a Liberty and took both out for drives. At no point was there any pressure. Probably the best part was that there were no protracted negotiatons. He knew what my price point was and he came to the table with offers that were right on target. This was probably the easiet, most pleasant car buying experience that I've had. I'm looking forward to my new Patriot and am happy to recommend Kelly Jeep and Dave Strazzere to anyone in the market for a Jeep.

My car needed a transmission and it was time for a...

My car needed a transmission and it was time for a dependable car to get to and from work everyday. Knowing I had poor credit I had nothing to loose so I contacted Kelly Jeep to see what I could do about a car. When I arrived there Dave Strazzere was there for me (awesome guy), I told him my story and what I had to work with. He went over some options with me and I decided to go with a used car. I ended up choosing the 2010 Dodge Caliber, we drove it around and that was it. He then sent me in with Lucas Stecker another great guy, he went to work with the banks and told me what needed to be done. I did have to put some money down but not alot because I didn't have it! I had my car in a couple of days from signing- I tell you I am so glad I met these two gentlemen and I couldn't of got a better team to work with me to get me into a car! Thanks guys, you know when I need you again I will be back to see you both. Thanks again, I really apprieciate all your work in helping me. Carolyn F. from Saugus

I came to Kelly jeep after a bad experience at another surrounding dealership. And I was not left unsatisfied at Kelly. They were so nice and we didn't feel rushed or pressured or anything negative that you normally associate with car buying. Janet was very friendly and I remember her saying,"I treat my customers the same way I would want to be treated when buying a car." and she fell nothing short of that. Everyone we met at Kelly was super nice and I would recommend their dealership to anyone looking for a new car. Thank you guys

My salesperson at Kelly Jeep, Lacey, quickly ascertained what my needs were in a used vehicle. We went over the listings of available cars and identified a couple to investigate further. It was important to me that the vehicle have low mileage, fair price and great condition and that is what I got in my 2008 Jeep Liberty. I was very pleased with the roof rack that was added to my vehicle. This is what makes it meet all my needs. I only wish Kelly in Beverly could support my warranty. Thanks, David Battistelli

This was our first time at Kelly Jeep and it will not be...

This was our first time at Kelly Jeep and it will not be our last. We could not have been more pleased with the process of leasing a Jeep Compass (our very first lease, too!). I traded in my 2002 Toyota Van (kids are now in college) as I was ready for something smaller. All I wanted was an affordable monthly payment and I got that and more. I leased the Jeep Compass which two weeks in I am quite happy with. It is sporty and it came with the auto start and heated front seats and has the traction and road control I wanted for me to get to work (up a very tough hill). All of this happened for me because of Scott and Jerry. Scott listened to why I was there and what my limitations were but I do not feel I was limited to anything as the Jeep Compass came with some great perks. The process of trading in my car was quite fair. My husband bought a car two years ago and deciding to purchase the car was the easy part, the hard sell on extras, warranties, etc. drove him crazy. Jeep Kelly asked us about extras as well but if we said no, it was no. Once Scott secured the deal the Sales Manager, Jerry, came over and talked with us; we review numbers, the trade process and the Jeep Compass. We could not have felt more certain of our decision to lease from Kelly Jeep. We loved dealing with Scott and having the Sales Manager take the time to come over simply to talk with us to make sure WE WERE HAPPY. We have been and will continue to brag about Kelly Jeep; Oil changes can be done anywhere but I will be going back to Kelly Jeep as I they know how to treat the customer. Thank you.

Was referred to Andrew from a work partner of mine and I am grateful for it... Andrew and Jack Gallagher treated me with the utmost respect, honesty, class, and without any slight signs of greed and deceit some salesman are known for. I felt very comfortable with the two of them the whole time and we were able to come to a good deal. Another good quality I appreciated was that they were able to help me out with some important questions I had AFTER the sale on a BUSY Saturday day and still returned my call at a quick reasonable time giving me peace of mind, sound advice showing that they really do care about their customers...

Have a car when you say your going to have a car

I called to see if a car was still available and was told it was. When I made the 45 minute drive and got there to see it, I was told it was sold yesterday. The explanation was "these things happen". The bottom line is when Kelly says they have it the DON'T always have it. What a waste of an afternoon.
