Great buying experience. Listened very well to our interests and found the perfect vehicle at a great price. Very knowledgable about the vehicles and explained such very well. Very friendly and helpful throughout the experience. This is my 3rd purchase with Kelly this year and they are definitely a company worth doing business with.

Christian was very easy to work with. The finance department was also very easy to get a good deal on financing the used Jeep I found on the lot. I lost my previous Jeep due to a flood and had to find a new Jeep quickly because of work. I was able to walk in on a Saturday morning and within a few hours find a quality used Jeep for a decent amount and finance it for a good rate. By the next day, a Sunday afternoon, I was able to take it off the lot. The ease of the whole experience was very pleasant and I recommend them to anyone looking for a car in the area.

To the business manager, On November 16th my wife and I stopped by the dealership looking a vehicle. While we were looking around the lot ,a sales person named Janet Gatsby approached us and asked if she could help us. Janet made us feel very comfortable and not pressured. In the past four weeks I have visited pretty much every jeep dealership in the greater Boston area. Although I was definitely shopping for a good deal, I was mostly looking for a dealership with people I could TRUST. Andrew Turransky, the general manager, went above and beyond ensuring that trust. Kelly jeep was one of the furthest dealerships from my house, yet I chose to buy my new Wrangler Unlimited there for that one reason, trust. The sales and finance teams made the process of purchasing and picking up my jeep seamless. I am not on dealrater to give a "shout out" to that team though, I am here in hopes that people at the beginning of the car buying process will find this review helpful and maybe save you some time in your search. I got a very competitive price, financing ease, and met some great people. I HIGHLY recommend Kelly Jeep, and yes, I will be back.

This is my 2nd service visit & everyone is so kind. They have quite an organized way of checking you in for your service. The only drawback I have is the waiting room needs a shade on the window because when the sun beats in it is really hot & glares on the tv. Perhaps a Keurig coffee maker for you while you wait. Bill is such a great service Manager. He always makes me laugh. The only sad thing is that my salesperson is no longer working there. She was a smiling face and got me a terrific deal on my Compass. My oil change took less than 1 hour and I was able to make the appointment online. Thank you Kelly Jeep for making this a pleasant experience!

Everybody was as helpful and straight forward as possible. It was a wonderful and exciting experience. Just like the motto - it was extremely easy. Scott Lassiter our sales person was fantastic. I would highly recommend anyone and will come back to buy again for sure. The Business Manager and Sales Manager were great as well. I also was impressed by the switchboard ladies that directed the customers via phone and in person.

After searching from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., we stopped at the Kelly Jeep dealer on Rte 1 in Lynnfield. We were looking for a used car with minimum mileage and found the Nissan Altima. Janet was very helpful with the questions we asked, looking it up on her cellphone because the computers were not properly working because of new installation, she also went above and beyond to get us a second key, which did not come with the car. The service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, even when, after a long day, my husband got very cranky, she kept her composure and was very kind to him. The Manager who did our paperwork was very friendly and tried his best to get us out of there as fast as possible. I would recommend this dealership because of its friendly, kind and efficient sales persons.
