I found Janet Gadsby very easy to work with. When I entered the dealership I was undecided on what make of car I was even going to get. Janet applied no pressure on purchasing a vehicle. She fully explained everything. I went on a test drive and liked the 2012 Chrysler 200 very much. Then she was very helpful in obtaining the model and color of car I was looking for. I purchased the car on Jan 1st and they had it in the dealership on the 3rd. I would recommend the dealership and Janet.

Do not use the prices listed here to compare

While Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield appeared to be worth the 50 minute drive from our house due to their low advertised prices, the reality is that each and every car price was actually $1500.00 higher than the price they listed here due to their automatic subtraction of the Military Discount ($1500) and Lease Loyalty ($1000) discount from every new car price which we were not eligible for. Despite the fact that they did not state this rebate-dependantness of these prices anywhere on their listing here they refused to honor the advertised price. They blamed "the I.T. guy" for the lack of disclosure on this site, and also blamed cars.com for not uploading their information accurately -- uh, right. It wouldn't be that using this method allows you to dominate the first three pages of search query returns, not would it? Summary: Not impressed with their tactics, wasted half of our day.

i have been looking for a Chrysler 300 for a few months. I was searching on line and went to your website where I found the car I wanted. I contacted your dealership and got a response quickly. I took my wife to see the car and was greeted by Lacey, who was very professional. She answered all my questions during the test drive. I had researched my purchase, a Jeep Wrangler, before visiting the dealership, and the salesman, Rob Page, was able to locate a vehicle with trim and options that I was looking for. We were able to reach a price that worked for me, and within two days Kelly Jeep had obtained the vehicle. Days after that we finalized the sale, which included a trade-in, and I drove my new Wrangler home. Kelly Jeep Chrysler treated me with respect throughout the sale, they focused on getting me the car I wanted, and I felt the staff was accommodating, accessible, and that they wanted to work with me, not only to get my business but to make sure I was satisfied. Overall I had a great experience working with Kelly on purchasing my new Jeep and will consider them again for my next vehicle purchase.

I test-drove many different makes and models before settling on the new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I went to Kelly Jeep as a result of the great service we'd received from Kelly Honda over the years. I was not disappointed. Of all the sales-people with whom I'd dealt over the past 3 weeks, Jim Newbegin was the lowest-pressure in his approach. I felt like he was letting me ask the questions I wanted to ask, not selling me a car. In short, I trusted him far more than I have trusted any other car seller. I felt like Jim wanted me to make the right car buying choice more than he wanted to sell me a car. The manager (Fahad) worked with me on my trade-in in a very fair way and was professional (zero sleeze factor). In over 25 years of car buying experiences, this was by far the easiest and best. Great place!

I went to Kelly after dealing with 4 other different...

I went to Kelly after dealing with 4 other different dealerships, trying to get out of my lease. Every one of the other dealerships said there was nothing they could do for me without raising my payments and that the nut was too tough to crack. After dealing with Kelly, they got me in the car I wanted for a great price with no haggling and no nonsense. Lacey was the best sales associate I've dealt with and was extremely honest, helpful, and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Tom made my financing situation painless! All in all, the best car buying experience I've had was with Kelly and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
