This was our first service visit with our 2021 Jeep Compass. The Service Advisor after reviewing our requests let us know it would take about 90 minutes to complete the work. The Service Department is impressive, very clean and organized. The waiting Room comfortable and well spaced. Sure enough in under 90 minutes our Jeep was ready and actually cleaner than we brought it in. I like the fact that our time was important.

Brought my new jeep in early for first oil change. Later...
Brought my new jeep in early for first oil change. Later that day I noticed oil dripping on ground. Brought it to nearest local shop and found oil spilled from top of engine all over and in every crevice of my brand new truck! I brought my jeep into the dealer for it to come back in better shape than it went in and I got it back In much worse. Even after cleaning oil as best as possible I will have oil residue all over new engine. Simply unacceptable.
