I’ve been part of the Kelly Jeep family for years. They are friendly, professional and honest. Bought my first Jeep there and drove it forever. Bought my second Jeep there and will probably buy a third. Go there!!!

i made this appt awhile ago my rear defroster wire came off the window and i wanted it looked at and also there is a panel that sits on the driver side seat i dropped it off and i called twice and the adviser was very rude and told me that there were cars sitting there for two weeks what does that have to do with me. I wanted the car fixed and if they couldn't then why keep the car all day and tie me up. I had to walk up to kellys which is 1.5 miles both ways. the adviser was very abrupt and rude. i stopped by saturday to make sure i had the appt. because i booked it a month ago and specifically took the day off. very disappointed he was there also saturday and very rude

I had a great experience dealing with EMMANUEL NOEL over at Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield. He came recommended from another friend of mine and he did not disappoint. My car was delayed a few times(out of their control) so Emmanuel kept me updated throughout the process and made sure everything was done as quickly as possible once the car arrived at the dealership. He was not pushy at all and was able to get me an incredible deal on my 2021 Islander which is my first Jeep and will most likely not be my last! If you're in the market for a jeep, Emmanuel should be your guy!
