Great shopping experience
We were thrilled to work with Janet on purchasing a new Grand Cherokee. She was incredibly responsive to our questions and despite the challenges of working through COVID restrictions it still felt personal. Compared to some other dealers we had contacted earlier in our search Kelly Jeep was a standout in terms of being responsive and not pushy. Can't wait to see the new shop open soon!

Dealership recommended by my son as excellent when engine blew driving home to NYC from Boston They honored my lifetime warranty and replaced engine. Excellent service. I worked with Melina service advisor who was out standing.

Went to Kelly Jeep for assistance with an unfortunate warranty part repair. Service team members Melina and Rob have great people skills and scheduled my Jeep Grand Cherokee part failure repair and coordinated with Enrerprise for a smooth transition with a rental vehicle. Nice Job

Overall good experience got my car fixed right the first time the Service advisor was great the mechanic was awesome. However the appointment coordinator not so much. I booked an appointment two weeks prior and he somehow didn’t put it on the schedule. So when I got there they told me I had no appointment. So I was forced to make another one and wait another two weeks.

Purchase a new vehicle
My experience at Kelly Jeep was great. I first dealt online with Samantha Walsh and she was very professional and quoted a price that was great. I made an appointment and met with Stephen Sullivan. Stephen was very knowledgeable and made the car buying experience easy. I was given a fair price on my trade. The finance department was great as well. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left with my new vehicle, roughly 2 1/2 hours, my experience was great. I would definitely recommend Kelly Jeep to others.

I went to another dealership and was not able to get a deal that worked for me. I decided to continue my search online on found a Jeep I liked at Kelly Jeep. I submitted the form and within minutes recvd a call from the dealership. They put me in touch with Niko and we got it done day one! They held the vehicle until I could get there and the team at Kelly got me a great deal. They were awesome to work with and I would def recommend Niko, Salesman and Rob in Finance! Will def go back to these guys! Picking up my new Jeep tomorrow!
