Missing hub cap

I went to get an oil change and had my tires rotated and noticed that they forgot or didn't put my hub cap on correctly and now I'm missing a hub cap...and out $50

Warranty repair

My Jeep went into the garage a few minutes after i arrived. I had an appointment, and they honored it well. Repairs were done quickly and professionally. Exactly what i expected and exactly what i got. I'll be going back there for my next Jeep for sure.

Smooth

Great!

Excellent service, not a long wait for an oil change. Everyone nice and pleasant. Chad Nelson was an excellent salesman. I would definitely go back and buy more cars from there.

Everyone at your dealership was amazing.

From the minute I walked in my experience was amazing. Mike and Saba went about and beyond and are a great asset to the Kelly Family. Additionally, In walking around your servie area and showroom almost everyone seemed to be smiling, both employees and customers. Purchase of a pre-owned Jeep

Wanted to give a rave review to Jimmy at Kelly for his outstanding help with getting me the soft top for my Jeep. I had purchased a pre-owned Jeep earlier this month and it was supposed to come with a premium soft top. After picking up the soft top and attempting to put it on the jeep, i realized some of the pieces were missing. Thanks to Jimmy I now have all of the pieces to the soft top and he even took the time out of his day to help me put it on the jeep and make sure everything fit before I left. He really made the whole experience much more pleasurable and made me feel like i was important enough to pay attention to. Thank you Jimmy!

Great Experience with both Sales & Service

I recently purchased a used Wrangler and this was the best buying process i've had out of the many other dealerships i have worked with/bought from. Gus was a great sales rep, no pressure, focused on my needs and followed through on everything he said. In the finance office, closing my loan, Dan worked with us and did a great job explaining my options for financing and vehicle protection. He really seemed to care about what was best for me and didn't make me feel pressured either. After purchasing I worked with Jimmy to resolve a minor issue and he went way above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of and I left happy. I would have no hesitations in recommending this team to anyone.
