Sloppy, careless not very professional
Was left on hold for 15-20min, needed to call back just to be bounced around to have to leave a message. When the service man did call me back I felt as if I was bothering him and needed to keep asking questions to get ans. I received a call back with an inconclusive ans all while the gentleman was carrying on a side conversation and I believe ratting in my ear. My car was brought it because I noticed one door was sticking - yes I only indicated one door and clearly that is all the service team looked at because I then noticed all other doors sticking. Clearly signs of a lazy service team who does not go outside the box to help customers. This experience is a clear confirmation / validation why my last jeep was purchased at another dealership (my prior two I did purchase at Kelly jeep in lynnfield)

Just leased a new car @ Kelly thru Pablo (my 2nd at Kelly), experience could not have been any easier. Pablo was great to work with, very straightforward, explained all details, very thorough, made entire experience very very easy. Would highly recommend Pablo & Kelly Jeep.

Excellent service! The car is great!
I did not expect to buy the car that day, but the service was excellent, we liked the car right away and we ended up with a vehicle that was right for us. Steven was very professional and very helpful, he pointed out all the right features that we were looking in a vehicle. Finance department arranged the financing through the right bank and we completed the process in not more than 20 minutes. Overall I would recommend this dealership without any hesitation!

Great service!
Great experience with the staff, especially Jimmy McKinnon and Pablo Carjahal! I never owned a jeep before and Jimmy help me out tremendously with the lynnfield jeep location to buy a Jeep, Pablo help me with purchase of the jeep, and Dan with all the paperwork that came along with it....can't say enough about them. They were kind, respectful and very professional!

so-so experience
Jeep? Love it! Free first oil change? Love It! Sales Rep (Janet) - she was great!! Dealership not getting their paperwork in order and almost losing my sale? Not impressed! After all paperwork had been signed off, and I was returning next day for vehicle pick-up, the call me (while I'm driving there) to tell me they need additional paperwork to prove my trade in was insured a d was a previous lease. This is necessary, apparently, for one of the promotions (already applied) to be valid. When I got there, I told them I will work on getting them what they need even though they really should have done this before I signed off on the car. Manager told me that I had 2 options.. 1) do not go home with Jeep until paperwork was sent in or 2) give them cash equal to the promotion and get it back once paperwork was filed. I made it very clear that neither of those were happening. I was leaving with the keep that day and they can hope I send in the paperwork to validate their promotion OR THEY can void my sale. They allowed me to leave and I promptly submitted everything within a few days. although it all worked out in the end, I wasn't impressed that they didn't know the order in which paperwork gets filed, and I also didn't like the pressure put on me to cover their mistakes.
