3rd car bought from this dealer

I bought my very first car from this dealer almost 11 years ago. My husband and I returned there 5 years ago to purchase my next car. It was our first stop this time around. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything last week when we visited. This forced me out to 4-5 other dealerships....not good experiences! I searched Lexus of Naperville's website and found a car had been added to their inventory that we were interested in buying. So we headed out again....and hated that car! However, Dan recommended a car we had never considered, for $12,000 LESS....and we own it!

Great Customer Service Philip is a rock star

Philip took really good care of me. I leased a new 2015 gs 350 . All thought my monthly came out to be a little more then id like i got alot car for my buck.He did a really good job explaining the process, and making sure I didn't have any questions along the way since it was my first lease.

Friendly, Professional, Quick with Great Customer Service

My wife and I were looking for a safe, affordable, and reliable used car for our daughter. Lexus of Naperville had a used Ford Escape we were considering and since I was not familiar with that car we came in to do a test drive and 'kick the tires'. Laura Krist was our sales consultant and she was so easy to work with! Laura was very friendly and greeted us with a smile and professionalism. She went out of her way to make us comfortable and relaxed (we've had the typical unpleasant car buying experience at other dealers). Laura listened to our needs and in literally 10 min we agreed on a price that was acceptable - and that was it! It was very refreshing to have such a positive experience buying a car. I highly recommend Laura to anyone that wants a friendly, professional, quick car buying experience with great customer service.

Rick Van Pelt does it again!

Who goes in for a car wash, runs into your previous salesperson and drives away in a new vehicle? Never underestimate the "talent" of Rick! This is our 9th Lexus, all purchased from Rick! He respects and understands his customer and appreciates their business. Rick is solid! Jake Baron provided us with information relating to the vehicle's technology. Jake was patient and concise in his explanations and demonstrations. Additionally, the Service Dept. at Lexus of Napervile typically does a great job as well.

Great Customer Service!

Didnt intend to buy a new car when we walked into the showroom! Nick Gerlack and Violet made our shopping experience worthwhile! Nick was very courteous and frank in his opinions over my concerns

Willing to work with you - no pressure

This was my first time buying a car and it was a great experience. May was our sales associate and when she wasn't sure of an answer she made sure to ask someone above her. In any sales situation, most of the time I feel pressured to make a decision I may not necessarily want to make HOWEVER this was not the case. I was given time to think about this large purchase without being afraid I'd lose the car over a "few bucks". My husband and I were given time to think about the purchase, inspect the car, talk it over...any request we had and could think of was met. Thanks Lexus - our used Mercedes Benz is good so far. Thanks for working with us and not making us feel like a sale was most important to you!

outstanding

Sal went the extra mile. He work with us well after his shift, making sure we had quality service. He made sure that the car was in the best shape possible. There were couple dents on the vehicle that were buying that were not there before, and he them fixed immediately. He was patient and made that we had the best service.

Excellent Service, Excellent Product, Excellent Experience

I purchased a Lexus NX F-Sport. I couldn't be happier. The car is awesome and LON made every effort to insure I had a great purchasing experience and a great experience after the sale.
