Great job by Frank Paull

I bought an NX last night and the transaction could not have been easier. Our salesman Frank Paull did an outstanding job to find in the car we wanted exactly as we wanted it. He even have the paperwork ready when we arrived at the dealership.

New car purchase

I purchased a brand new 2015 Lexus GS 350 on May 21, 2015 from Lexus of Naperville. This was my second new car purchase over the last two years. My sales rep Sal was extremely helpful throughout the process. I received a competitive sale price and a reasonable offer for my trade-in. Why would I recommend Sal and Lexus of Naperville to my friends ? My first Lexus after many German competitors

My wife has bought 5 cars from Lexus in Naperville and Hani Dolat always made sure the got a good deal, excellent service and she always left the dealership feeling she made a good decision. This was to a big part because of Hani's pleasant personality, his great subject matter expertise and patience. He displayed the same service excellence when helping me to get into my first Lexus after owning an Audi and a BMW. I couldn't be happier with my choice in car, dealership and Sales representative. I highly recommend Hani and Lexus of Naperville to anybody in search for a not just a great car but an overall great service experience.

Bought first "used" car for my daughter

I could not of asked for better costumer serve, price and knowledge than I received from Lexus of Naperville. Since this car was a birthday present to our daughter the staff wanted to help celebrate so drove the car to our house and put a giagantic red bow on top of the car. Im so pleased with everything that Im even writing this review before my daughter gets home from school. Thank you May and Andrew for making this was and special.
