Dishonest Sales & Service tactics
This dealership not only did a horrible job selling me a bad car, but also cheat me and charge be some exorbitant amounts for servicing that I don't even need. I go in for an oil change and they damage something else for me to come back again. And when I call them to ask, they are absolutely rude and dishonest. Its to a point where I am seriously considering suing them and their cheap tactics. I am sure many are being cheated this way but don't know how to deal with this.

Pre Owned Vehicle Purchase Experience - 2006 GS 300
I just purchased a pre owned 2006 GS 300 from this dealership. 1. Nick was my sales person and he was very "honest" and had great knowledge of the car I was buying. He carefully took the time to ask me the right questions on my purchase, he didn't rush me or aggrasively try to convince me into buying the car. I really appreciated his approach. 2. The car had a door that was slightly misaligned and was creating a slight draft on the drivers side door. He immediately took it into the service department and had it adjusted. In less than 5 minutes he brought the car back with the door fixed! I was very impressed the service dept. 3. The last step of the purchase is the financing, I paid cash for the car and the manager was very nice about not trying to sell me on all the "extra" stuff that I really didn't need. I was in and out pretty quickly. 4. Day after I drove the car home, I noticed the passenger side headlight acting up, so I immediately took the car back for repair. I was worried that I would have to pay for the repair work, anytime you are buying a used car it's "as is" condition. To my surprise they replace the expensive headlight at their expense. This showed me how much they cared about their reputation and their customers! 5. Anytime you purchase a car from them you get a "life time" free car wash! The best part is their lounge / waiting area. Very nice, wifi, free coffee ( many different kinds), hot chocolate, snacks, and bottle waters. Very nice touch. To be honest I hate writing reviews, However I was very impressed with my experience and thought I should share it with others. Taye

A PERSONAL TOUCH
Purchased in 2013 my first Lexus after a few other everyday drivers. This car is by far the best of any car in the 40 to 50 price range, it is the Lexus ES model . Since driving the car I have hit a few problems, tech issues not broken parts. The phone had pairing issues with the car AT&T. The 2nd issue was with Sirus radio weather. While driving it showed red in color on my screen for 4 plus days while the sun was shinning. Found out it was not suited for my year and model. Both of these issues have been handled by Andrew Farraher and his partner Mike Comer. Andrew and Mike both have worked with me on everything since my garage door pairing done by Mike at my house. Phone pairing problems fixed by Andrew. These two tech supports are the best Lexus of Naperville could have. I do have great respect for both of these gentlemen. Lexus of Naperville is lucky and wise to have them in close support of new customers. The love and work ethic shows. The Lexus badge when seen plants a quality image from its past reviews and present following. Sirus, Comcast, AT&T have not been very kind to me and lack my respect, with people like Andrew and Mike Lexus will stay atop for the masses. Good luck....Jack B.

Sales and Delivery exceeded my expectations
Chris was exceptional and the only reason that I opted to purchase two new cars. I had many other options to choose from however after being in sales my entire adult life, I went with the person that most wanted to earn my business. My wife said that Chris makes her feel like a celebrity and it was the "coolest" car buying experience that we've had. After the sale, May, went above and beyond and stayed late to ensure that I knew all the bells and whistles of my new Lexus. She also has been extremely helpful and welcoming everytime I've been in the dealership since.

Blatant lack of integrity
After being promised that the online price advertised would be honored, my wife and I made the long drive to check out an RX350. The sales assistant was so insistent the price would be honored that we even took the car home overnight. Upon making the long trip again to finalize the deal the sales manager just said "sorry I'm not going to honor the price". This slug was willing to turn the sales assistant into a liar rather than act with integrity. The difference? A couple thousand dollars. BEWARE! This man will lie, cheat and steal. He is the epitome of a used car salesman. What an embarrassment to Dan Wolf Automotive. I feel bad for the sales assistant he threw under the bus. But I really feel bad for whomever listed the vehicle for the apparent wrong price, for I'm quite sure this sorry disgrace will feel the need to exact his pound of flesh in some belittling, misogynistc manner. He's just that kind of guy.

Good Experience
Overall good experience especially for someone who has not had a car note in 10 years. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the Rx 350 and reviewed all it's functions with me. The finance person was able to get me a lower rate than what my bank offered.

The Right Car
I was interested in purchasing a hybrid car. Hani was just the right person to help me and walk me through the process. He was most helpful in providing information for me to decide on the features that met my needs and came closest to my budget. My experience purchasing my first Lexus was smooth and without pressure. Hani was informative and provided a knowledge base for us to make the best decision in purchasing my ES300Hybrid. I have been very happy with my choice of cars.

Fantastic in every way!!!
This dealership has it all. From friendlyness, cleanliness, accomadating, greatly priced and variety. this dealership doesn't stop at the sale! Everyone I talked to was friendly and was very genuine. I was helped from price to charging my iphone. It turned my whole outlook of sales people and car buying from a hassle, and hustling to a great experience. I was a walk in. Actually had an appointment with another dealership (that I didn't even bother to go to after stopping here) I had just gotten in an accident, and was afraid that I wouldn't be approved for a loan with my credit. I was still helped, and taken care of. Hani (sales), knew exactly what he was talking about, and answered all the questions I had. He even kept my spirits high while I waited for approval. When I finally got my gorgeous, well kept, luxurious Lexus, Hani even helped me connect the vehicle's Bluetooth to my iphone, and explained everything about the sweet things in/on the vehicle - even tho it was late at night. Then after I had driven away, I was called the next day to be told that I had received an opportunity to have a lower monthly payment. Bruce continued to look out for me, even after the sale was final. When you go to this dealership you will feel like you made great friends, not just a great car. Go make a great friend!!!!
