Pre-Owned Lexus ES350 buying experience

Smooth buying experience. Hani was very patient and answered all my questions and concerns. Had to haggle a little bit but I take it just as a part of anybody's buying experience. Also, post buying experience was great. I scratched my rear door the first time I tried entering my garage. I did not get a hang of the angle I need to get in since this was my first attempt. Called Hani and arranged for an appointment to take a look at this. They took care of it right away and the scratch is now completely gone. So far my experience is great and I hope it would stay this way like others have mentioned in their reviews.

Great Lexus Dealership in the area

Although I wasn't able to buy my used Lexus here as they did not have the color that I needed, I am writing this review because of the excellent salesmanship by Philip Asiedu. He did an outstanding job and went out of his way to show me the vehicles and everything about them. I had a very good customer experience with him and he clearly exceeded expectations. I was very picky in what I needed, in a shorter time period and that too for a used Lexus, I couldn't find it at this dealership. If you are buying a car from here, this is a good reputed dealership and offers some great freebies to owners for as long as they own their car.

Outstanding

Our family has bought four vehicles from Lexus Of Naperville in the past and we're always blown away with the dealership, the service, the experience and especially George. We may not come in for a year or so and when My wife enters the store, George greets her by name and is always pleased to see her. WOW. Even when he knows she's just in for an oil change, not to buy a car. He's always been a true-blue gentleman and has always treated us fairly when trading for a new car.

Made the buying experience pleasant

We purchased a Lexus ES350 and overall, it was the best experience I can recall when going through the car buying process. They answered all of our questions with knowledgable and relevant feedback even when we may have asked some basic and dumb questions. They also provided a very fair price for our trade in. The features were explained more than once and they also helped to get things like the radio, garage door and bluetooth before we pulled away. Overall, I would certainly purchase another vehicle here and Nick is someone I enjoyed working with. His follow up has been spectacular.

Best Car Buying Experience I have Ever Had

2015 IS350

Very pleased with the work that both Paul and Laura did prior to the sale. They spent a great deal of time answering questions and showing me the features of the car I was interested in. Extremely professional in all dealing. Nice people to do business with. Delivery Specialist, Michael Comer was very helpful with the delivery experience and answered all my questions.
