Great Experience - Scott Darts was Fantastic

Scott Darst was a true professional, very informative and great to work with. This was our first Lexus and the experience from when we walked in the door through negotiations and the training of how to use the technology in the car was top notch. Everyone we worked with was fantastic and made the whole purchasing car experience enjoyable. I expect to buy our next car at the Lexus of Naperville. Thank You Scott.

Wonderful buying experience at Lexus of Naperville!

We looked at BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Toyota. But when we arrived at Lexus, met Scott Darst, and test drove the RX350, we were finished shopping around - the RX350 was exactly what I had been looking for. Scott was a wonderful salesman - no pressure, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating. Our new car arrived on his day off, but he came in just so we could have our car that same day. We highly recommend Scott if you are looking for a car salesman you can trust. From our first visit to when we drove our new car off the lot, everyone was friendly and helpful. Bill Cranley made the financing portion of the transaction easy and even fun!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had!

Online shopping for a Subaru brought us to Lexus of Naperville and Dan Foster. As it turned out, we found the best deal in all of Chicagoland, fantastic customer service and an immaculate car and store. While it's still possible to find a good pre-owned car anywhere thanks to Car Fax and other car history reports, it now becomes all about getting an honest bottom line price before you make the trip to any dealership along with the quality of customer care once you arrive. It took us well over an hour to get there and there were plenty of the same model closer but Dan's genuine follow up convinced us to give him a shot. We are so pleased with every aspect of our experience with Dan and the staff that stuck around one hour after closing so we wouldn't have to return the next day. This will definitely be our first stop for all our family's cars in the future, even though we have a Lexus dealer a mile from home.

They worked hard to get me the car I wanted

I stumbled across the car that I wanted to purchase while browsing the internet. Although I knew that I wanted to purchase my Acura most dealerships were priced quite high until I found my new car at Lexus of Naperville. My situation was unique having just moved out of my apartment and being in between living arrangements. Not only did Nick keep me updated with all potential problems he was very active in making sure that I had everything I needed to make the purchase easy. Bill Cranley was also instrumental in making sure the financing went through without a hitch. Thank you Nick for going out of your way to make sure I could leave with the car that I wanted.

Got our LS460! Big big gratitude to Scott Darst!

Out first experience buying a car from dealership was unexpectedly great! Mr. Darst was absolutely friendly, attentive and professional. We have spent more than 7 hours that day, and Scott was very energetic and really helpful, so after long exhausting struggle, we finally got our luxury LS460! the car by itself is in unbelievable condition, the other cars we were viewing and test driving were great as well. Scott Darst is a true lexus car expert - he knows quite everything, and, the test drive with his assistance was a great bright experience. He definitely knows what he is talking about and what exactly he is offering. He spent more that seven hours resolving few issues we had and, was always attentive, upbeat and helpful. For that day, we had great fun time and learnt a lot of new things with Mr. Darst! Professional, very friendly, super helpful and all in all, great person to deal with and keep in touch! Excellent experience! Biggest gratitude to Scott Darst!!! Your experience buying a new car wasn't as good as it could be, if you were not as lucky as we were that day meeting Scott Durst!

The ULTIMATE dealer experience from walk- in to drive away!

Our experience with this dealership is the BEST we've ever experienced in 50 years of car buying. Each associate possessed great communication skills, a high level of knowledge related to all aspects of the various models, and was easily accessible for followup questions. In the future, we will seek out Mo Maim for repeat business, look forward to having Mike Comer completely educate us on another new, awesome automobile, and meet with Bill Carney to finalize the deal. This was greater than a 5 star experience. We give this TEAM the highest recommendation possible, and will share our thoughts with all our family and friends.

Good experience at Lexus of Naperville

Buying a car has never been a good experience but with Scott Darst taking care of us, it definitely was. He was very knowledgeable and his good personality made our car shopping enjoyable. Scott explained much about the RX350 then had Michael Comer teach us more. When we discovered that the car came with the thickest manual we have had, we were even more grateful for their help. Bruce Johnson finalized the sale and set up an extended warranty for us. Kudos to these three.

RX350 Great experience

Today I finalized the paperwork and took home a RX350. I worked with Sal Lala. Sal was very helpful throughout the process and was open and honest in our dealings. Very professional and hassle free experience.
