I have purchase many vehicle but never had the experience...

I have purchase many vehicle but never had the experience I have had with Sal Lala at Lexus of Naperville the customer service was excellent he went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer and I look forward to doing more business with him in the Future.. After keeping an eye on their pre-owned lot for three...

After keeping an eye on their pre-owned lot for three years, we found a 2008 Avalon which was never on our radar screen. The only reason we went into the dealership was due to the fact we have owned two prior ones and know Toyota products are rock-solid. If everything checked out then we knew we had a reliable vehicle. After doing my homework, I found positive comments about Scott Darst, so my wife called to set-up an appointment to drive the car. From the beginning to the end of the sales process, Scott was very helpful, friendly, sincere and wanted our business for the right reasons. Almost everything about Lexus of Naperville exudes professionalism. They even let us take the car to our mechanic to have it checked out. Scott, we really appreciate your thoughtfulness and professional tact this past week. However, their used car desk-manager let us walk out of the dealership the first night, because he did not like our offer. Did you really have enough information to make that decision so quickly? And where was the counter offer? I am pretty confident you had to be happy with the profit you made for your dealership. I have been in sales for 40+ years and would not think about treating a prospective buyer like this. Scott called me back within an hour to say they accepted our offer. I could have definitely said, NO, but I am not like that. Bill Cranley, their Finance Manager, was very professional and nice to work with. Thanks, Scott, for a nice experience and for reinforcing that it can be quite pleasurable to purchase a car. Keep up the good work!

We have purchased from this dealership in the past and...

We have purchased from this dealership in the past and have worked with Hani Dolat before. He is professional, knowledgeable and not pushy which along with great service is what brought us back to Lexus of Napererville and Hani. Whenever we have had to bring the car in for any service we have been pleased with the service department. They are prompt and professional. A good cup of coffee and a free car wash are also a nice feature while waiting for your car. We will definitely be back in to see Hani when we are ready for our next car!

I am not a person that would make a hasty car purchase,...

I am not a person that would make a hasty car purchase, nor would I want to conduct business with someone lacking the understanding and patience to oblige me. It is for this reason that I left Bredemann Toyota of Glenview and continued my shopping venture at Lexus of Naperville. My experience there has been a complete turnaround as I found exceptional courtesy and professionalism from the assistance of Scott Darst, a superb gentleman and salesman who helped me buy a car on my terms. After finalizing my purchase I had received further assistance from Andrew Farraher, who explained to me how to operate the various up-to-date features of my new car. Andrew knew the car inside and out, he really took pleasure in ensuring that I was comfortable in its use as well. Upon parting with Andrew, he left me his number and insisted that before I even check the manual, I call him with any questions I may have. Lexus of Naperville was truly a great choice for me and I would recommend them to anyone not just looking to buy a new car but enjoy doing it.

Paul talked to me via the phone where I decided to go to...

Paul talked to me via the phone where I decided to go to Lexus of Naperville to take a look at the car that we purchased. Paul had to serve on jury duty. Scott was very knowledgeable and answered our many Questions. He also took us to a test track were he explained the driving features of the Lexus ES 350. He helped Georgiana and I decide the best plan for our driving needs. He made us feel as though we were part of the Lexus of Naperville family. It was without a doubt the best experience in our purchasing our new Lexus. Andrew was truly a expert in helping us both to use the many electronic features of our Lexus. He set up the GPS, Satellite Radio and Enhanced Roadside Assistance, he also said that he would be available if we needed any further help. If ever my family or friends ask me about my experience in my Lexus, I would not hesitate to highly recommending Lexus of Naperville. Bruce was very helpful in closing the transaction of our purchase. And he also will help in my receiving a rebate of an extended service plan that I purchased from another dealer. I am proud of my Lexus and the family of Naperville Lexus, Thank you all for what you do so well, The Beebe's, Bob and Georgina.

I was recently involved in a car accident and my car was...

I was recently involved in a car accident and my car was totaled. I was given 7 days to find a car. Needless to say I felt very pressured and with the extreme cold weather, I was very nervous about making such a big purchase under such conditions. Lexus was not my first choice, but after my first choice didn't work out, I happened to notice the Lexus RX 330 and knew that was the car I wanted. A friend of mine was researching the Lexus and noticed that Lexus of Naperville had one for sale. He told me he had a good feeling about this car and he was right. I had called the Used Car Manager, Bill Borta prior to going. I had explained my situation and the urgency. He told me to come on in and the car would be waiting for me to test drive. When I arrived, Bill was at the front door waiting to greet me. He told me that Laura would be assisting me further. Bill could not have made a better choice. From the moment I met Laura, I knew I was in good hands. Her professionalism, friendliness and overall knowledge was quite impressive. Never once did Laura make me feel pressured. She was very understanding of my situation and for the first time during this stressful time, I finally had felt relieved. I knew in my heart that this was the car and it was Laura's salesmanship that assured me I was making the right decision. They say you should always find the positive in a negative situation. My car accident was the negative, walking in the doors at Lexus of Naperville was the positive : )

Very rude and impolite. Service rep did not have minimum...

Very rude and impolite. Service rep did not have minimum courtesy to empathize with the situation and moreover stated that there is a promo discount on my service when i dropped off the car for service. When i came to pick up my car,i was charged full price and she denied even offering the coupon. Requested to talk to Dan Wolfe. Still waiting to hear back from him. Its been over 6 months.

We had been searching for a used Toyota Solara for about...

We had been searching for a used Toyota Solara for about a month. Living in The Bloomington/ Normal Illinois area, we were willing to travel to find the car we wanted. We found that Lexus of Naperville had a car that was of interest to us. I sent an email, which was promptly answered by the dealership. We made an impromptu trip to Naperville, ( no appointment) and were introduced to Scott Durst. His friendliness and easy going manner were a pleasant surprise as our most recent experiences at dealerships, had been high pressure and unpleasant. We took the car for a test drive, and upon returning, made an offer. Since we had done our research prior, we knew what we were willing to pay for the car. While we did not immediately come to terms, we eventually came to an agreement the next week. The whole process was pleasant...from the moment we met Scott, to him pulling the car indoors to view, to the test drive, to the negotiations, to picking the car up, completely detailed. Our faith has been restored in purchasing a vehicle from a dealership....at least from LEXUS of NAPERVILLE! Of course, SCOTT DURST made the biggest impression! Thanks Scott!

We are return customers, and really enjoyed our...

We are return customers, and really enjoyed our experience at Lexus of Naperville. We especially appreciated the professionalism and 'soft sell' approach of Scott Darst, who was very responsive to our needs and questions. He didn't pressure us for a decision, and answered all of our concerns and questions. Andrew Farraher was very patient and helpful in explaining the technical aspects of our new automobile. We were pleased to know that we could return with questions at any time, and I'm sure we will. Bruce Johnson explained the various programs and financial details clearly without any pressure. What a great experience and what a great automobile! Thank you!

Lexus RX350

I just went there, sat in the car I was interested in to get a feel for it. Salesman came talked to me, wasn't a high pressure atmosphere, didn't take my phone number (which was good), so it was up to me to contact them again. We didn't talk price or what discounts they would give.
