I was denied a walk in oil change two days in a row. I even showed up at 4:40PM the second time, way before the service department was due to close. An appointment should not be necessary for an oil change, it takes less than 15 minutes for a good technician to drain the oil and filter while performing the underbody inspection.

Great Experience
I filled in a form online to get information about a model I was interested in. I was contacted via text message which I found to be convenient. We exchanged texts for a few days and eventually I text and asked if I could come in to see a couple of models. An appointment was made for me, and when I arrived, Frank greeted us at the door. We saw my reservation on the screen when we arrived. To my surprise, a model and year I was interested in had arrived recently. It was exactly what I wanted. Frank took us on a test drive, gave us a price, got our trade-in appraised, a deal was made, and we were out the door in about 2.5 hours. One of the best experiences I've had buying a car.

Mark is the best salesman ever! He helped me through the sales, service, finance and vehicle delivery prrocess-making it so easy for me even though I am a road warrior sales manager myself.
