Beautiful facility!

Nestor was so personable and attentive plus he knew every feature of NX300h. On our test drive, he demonstrated all the latest technology I could get in my new car. He was very patient, allowing my husband to test drive three cars another day. He responded quickly to my texts and if he did not know the answer, he quickly found out. The day after the sale, I had more questions, and he was still responsive and helped with just as much care as before the sale. I strongly recommend you ask for Nestor if you are in the market for a new Lexus.

Excellent Customer Service

Lexus of Naperville is top-notch! I visited the dealership on 7/24/2018 to test drive a new Lexus RX 450h. As I walked into the front door I was greeted by Nestor Urrutia who is one of their sales people. Nestor was very polite and asked how he could assist me. We walked the lot looking for the right color of vehicle I was interested it. We found the car and he went to get the key. We took a test drive and I fell in love with the car. I returned on 8/4/2018 to make the purchase. I asked for Nestor and he assisted me through the entire buying process, which took only about 2 hours. I left with a new car and a great feeling about Lexus of Naperville. If you want to get great customer service by non-pushy sales folks, you need to stop by Lexus of Naperville and ask for Nestor. I highly recommend this dealership!

Love my new car

Upon entering, I noticed everyone was friendly. Nestor helped my dad and I right away. He was patient and answered my questions with a positive attitude. Other employees were helpful as well. I was able to test drive multiple cars and find a great car within my budget. I am extremely happy with my purchase!

My first Lexus
