Michael Comer - Knowledge & Service At Its Finest

My wife and I bought a used Lexus GS 350 from the Lexus of Naperville dealership this afternoon. We want to thank the Naperville Lexus team for flipping the negative experience of having our car stolen into a positive resolution. We had the pleasure of working with Pat O'Brien, Gary Jaros, Michael Comer, and Derek Mason. Each person was extraordinarily professional and caring. We have purchased many vehicles, but have never had a sales experience anywhere near as great as the one we were treated to today. Gary, Michael, and Derek were nothing short of fantastic. Michael Comer's skilled presentation of the Lexus brand and the vehicle was art. He delivered knowledge and service at its finest. The more I learned the more I excited I was to drive home in our new Lexus. I am so pleased that we were able to use the Naperville Test Track and shop locally. Suffice to say, the experience was amazing and my wide and I could not be happier with our Lexus. My wife and I are thankful for Pat, Gary, Michael, and Derek; for the Dan Wolf Auto Group dealerships; and for all they all do that blesses others and our community. Mike DiSanto

Review Sales Contact at Lexus of Naperville/Hani Dolat

Great experience! Hani Dolat was the perfect salesperson. He is professional, knowledgeable, extremely friendly (with just the right amount of humor). He took a lot of time helping us with the technology features of this vehicle. Most important....I trust him !!! I came in initially to purchase a certified used ES 350. I left with a 2018 Red ES 350 with 20 miles and everything I was looking for. This is the 2nd Lexus vehicle he sold us in the past 2 years. My wife had the same experience two years ago when she purchased a 2014 RX 350. I actually asked for Hani this time around. Five and 1/2 star experience!!

Fair price and excellent service!

I searched through hundreds of examples before finding the perfect GX460 at Lexus of Naperville. We were able to handle the purchase via phone and email very quickly and without hassle. Nestor Urrutia and Mohammad Taiym helped to make sure I had everything I needed, and made sure I was confident this was a great choice. When I came in to pick up the vehicle there were no surprises, and they were friendly and efficient. I was really pleasantly surprised with Michael Comer's knowledge once we were ready to go. He went over the whole vehicle in detail with me and showed me how each feature and function worked. That was totally unexpected and very much appreciated. I would absolutely do business here again.

This is the third Lexus that we have purchased ....

...from Naperville Lexus, and the second car from Dan Foster. Dan found us just what we were looking for in a used vehicle! As expected, Dan took great care of us. Professional and friendly. Sherri in the finance department made the financing easy. We will definitely recommend Lexus of Naperville and will buy from them when we’re in the market for another Lexus!

No pressure tactics used Felt we were treated honestly. All staff very friendly. We feel fair trade-in allowance was awarded. We never felt rushed. Lots of time devoted to only us

THE BEST car buying experience ever!!

This was the very best car buying experience that we have ever had, and that says a lot. Mohammed and Hani were attentive, courteous and very respectful to us. The process was effortless, stressless and relaxing. I also appreciate the way they present the numbers, one price for the car and sales tax. Not showing all of the miscellaneous fees that every dealer adds on to confuse things, just simple and straight forward. I would recommend Hani and the dealership to anyone that is looking for a car. Definitely worth the drive and will be returning again. Thanks!

Excellent customer service

We were very impressed with the customer service we received at this dealership especially the sales person Rick went above and beyond helping us.
