Great Sales Experience

I purchased a 2013 Lexus LS460 fromNestor Urrutia. I received excellent customer service from Nestor. Nestor is very knowledgeable about Lexus cars. He has a video on YouTube describing the new 2019 Lexus ES. Nestor even called me to see how I’m enjoying my new car. That’s great customer Service!

Great experience

We leased 2018 RX 350L. It was a great experience, our sale Lala is a good sale, unlike sales from other dealers, he does not being aggressive on the price, and negotiate with us patiently. Highly recommend.

Ask for Nestor

Came all the way out to Naperville from the South side to look at pre owned CTs. Nestor took me out for a couple of test drives and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had been car shopping for a while and it was such a relief to talk with Nestor. I never felt pushed or sold to, and that’s exactly why I wanted to buy my car from him. Everyone else at the dealership were very helpful as well, Mohammad in particular.

Our First Lexus

At first we thought Robin was inexperienced but then felt very comfortable with his approach and style. He was helpful and easily approachable, and helped tremendously with the negotiations. The Lexus dealership experience is truly different from all other non-luxury brands that I have experienced over 40 years of car buying. The biggest difference is transparency and no gimmicks. What a relief! All you need is your numbers worked out in you head and they will get you a fair deal, no rip-offs. Nestor helped set up the electronics/phones etc. in the car and explained everything beyond what Robin did. Will come back to this dealership again!

Very helpful, no pressure experience

Time to replace our CT200h, have loved the service experience at Naperville, so gave them a try for used GS. Nestor was very helpful, walked me through several car options, listened to what i wanted to do and never preasured for the close. Fair price for trade and fair price for GS. Great all around experience.
