Awesome!

We had nestor as our sales guy! He was amazing... he honestly was the reason we came back for the car we decided on.... from the first time we met him he was great, from explaining every little detail of the car to helping me set up my bluetooth after perchase. I had a great experience at the lexus of naperville and would recommend everyone to here to get ur next vehicle with the help of nestor! 😁

Beyond Welcoming

My fiance and I saw a used SUV online and decided to go into the store and take a look. Nestor came out to greet us, and answered all of our questions. When sitting down all of the GM's came to greet us, asked if we needed anything, and just made sure we were comfortable. We left with that SUV and had no pressure from any of the sales people. It was a great experience. Normally buying a car is a nightmare. The people at Lexus of Naperville are great. Thank you!

First time I had a wonderful experience buying a car

This was the first time I ever had a wonderful experience buying a new car. My bestfriend and I entered the dealership and we were greeted by Hani Dolat. He was friendly and never tried to be aggressive of selling the car. He was very helpful and made us feel comfortable. He was very patient as you know how women changed their minds quickly. He explained in detail about the car I was buying and the features. He never took advantage of us being women and didnt force or pressure me in getting anything I didnt want. Kudos to Hani. If you are buying a Lexus make sure you look for him. He is the best!!!!

Professional & great to work with!

Amazing

This is my second time buying a car from this dealership and the experience was just as good as the first time around. Absolutely amazing! Nestor was right at the entrance to great us and help with what he could right away. From there everything went as smooth as can be and with a budget we were able to walk out, I mean drive out, with the car we came to look at. Exceptional work and quality work environment. 10/10 would purchase from here again!

Truly Exceptional Car Buying Experience

We got our first Lexus from Lexus of Naperville and Scott Sharrow helped us with the process all the way. Among our choices, Lexus stood out not only because it's a great car but also because how it was sold to us. Scott patiently explained every single feature about the car and the rest of the process without pressuring us into buying the car. It was very important for us to take our time to think about what we were buying and compare the choices. We did not want to be pressurized by the dealerships' negotiation tactics or be judged. I must say the whole experience was truly pleasurable and we came out extremely satisfied with our choice.

No nonsense luxury dealership

Mohammed treated my family and I like family. He listened to all of our concerns about our budget. After a very short negotiation he brought us a price on the RX350 we wanted. Never once did we feel like we were being pressured into something we didn’t want. While we waited for our new vehicle to be prepared we enjoyed some of the best accommodations that a car dealership can provide. We would recommend Mohammed to our closest friends and relatives.

Young Family Visit

After a while of walking and looking, Nestor approached and helped us with our questions and needs/wants. (To Mr. Omar (Manager) Other salesmen need to take notes from him (Nestor). No one approached us to help us and try to make a sale, only Nestor did. Other than the beautiful facility, excellent service from Nestor was what hit home to make a purchase. Nestor was not only patience but also his knowledge of the vehicles, and the purchasing steps were prodigious.
