Poor service

Sat in woitng area for 20 min. Gave up, got my keys and left . You expect a higher level of services given their higher price. You don’t expect to be ignored.

Return to Hani at Lexus of Naperville

My mom and I met Hani at Lexus of Naperville about 4 years ago where I felt very comfortable choosing a low mileage reliable RX 340 SUV to get me around my busy, high mileage life. Yesterday, we returned to Hani to get a certified used RX 350 for my mom because we trust him, and he does an excellent job teaching us about the vehicles we’re purchasing. The demo track in Naperville is also a really cool way to test drive a car in the area!

One of the best dealerships I have have been to!

The people at this dealership are very nice and helpful. The salesman Nick that helped us was very professional. The couple of requests I asked about the used vehicle I was interested in before purchasing were met with no problem which actually impressed me. I will definitely go back in the future when I need another vehicle.
