Excellent Service

Rick helped me get a great deal on a new Lexus RX 350. Mark helped with showing me how to use all of the options on this vehicle. Bill, also helped with explaining extended warranty package. Excellent service with everyone at this dealership.

Outstanding experience at Lexus of Naperville!

Leased an ES350 from Lexus of Naperville after calling and/or visiting area dealerships. My initial communication was by phone with Andrew F. and then Chris C., both managers, who spent substantial time with me answering every question I had with patience and straight answers. When we went into dealership, were connected with Jon Krier, their fantastic salesperson. This was by far, the best experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle. My husband insisted that I come here because he had such a great experience in purchasing his vehicle a couple years ago. I ask a LOT of questions, just wanting to make sure I'm making the best informed decision and Chris and Jon were PHENOMENAL! Jon was meticulous about ensuring I had all the info I needed and Chris was the consummate professional: focused on helping me make the best decision for my needs, personable, patient and a great sense of humor...Not the typical high pressure feel of buying a car AT ALL! I believe it was easy for them to do because they have the confidence in their ability to provide the best value/product for their customer and they LISTEN. My next Lexus will most definitely come from Lexus of Naperville. Even as we waited for paperwork, etc., everyone there greeted us with a smile and a hello. Bill made the process go smoothly in finance and our last encounter was with Violet V. who was AMAZING at walking me through the details of the bells and whistles of the car. You would think every day was her first day, only because she was so enthusiastic and patient and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with everything, super sharp. An absolutely fantastic experience with this TEAM. Highly recommended is an understatement!!

Great experience

Purchased a used car and it was a great experience. Everyone was great to work with and the whole transaction was easy. Would absolutely purchase from this dealership again and would recommend to anyone in the market for new or used vehicle.

Great Experience -- Used 2013 Jeep Wrangler

I was interested in a used Jeep Wrangler to purchase as an additional family car that would primarily be used by my teenage sons. I contacted the dealer (initially through their website) after seeing a particular vehicle in their used car inventory. Early the next day, I received an email from the Assistant Manager (Robin Zachary), who I called and arranged a visit later that day. I was then set up with an excellent salesperson (Scott Sharrow) who was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I took a test drive of the car on a private test track and in the street, and one of my sons also took a test drive. I ended up purchasing the car that day, shortly before the dealer's closing time, with a very competitive price. I was contacted afterwards by email by another Manager (Andrew Farraher). The entire experience was excellent, with no high-pressure selling, and friendly assistance. This is a very high quality dealership and I would return any time to purchase a new or used car.

Bought a car

This is my first Lexus...and won't be my last. I felt welcomed and cared for my entire time at the dealership. The class and elegance of the car was equaled by the staff. Who, by the way, anticipated my requests often.

Lexus ES 300 H

I was very impressed with Ali's presentation on the lease process as he set up examples. We went from buying the car outright to deciding I should lease my car. The investment was affordable and didn't effect my personal investments. Marks follow up call gave me the wrap around feeling that I was an important client. This is the fourth Lexus to be bought at Lexus of Naperville in my Family. I arrived today and my day was planned for me. Signing papers then working with Bill also a great personality. His suggestions made sense as to packages to purchase. Then working with Violet the Wiz on all the accessories, I learned a lot including things I didn't know about my other Lexus. She offered to answer any questions in the future and was a great communicator checking to be sure I understood how to use the accessories. I'm busy now doing my "homework", learning more about my new car. Mark went above and beyond to be sure I was satisfied with my car even purchasing from his own pocket half of the mats. Getting a new car is thrilling and the team of Mark, Ali, Bill then Violet made it a 5 star experience. On the downside this is a premier Lexus dealership. i think the dealership could have done a better job of making the entire interior cleaner and should have replaced the mats. When I saw them for the first time today I was instantly disappointed as they weren't in the car originally. The beige mats were bleach white clean but no longer matched the carpet. Secondly, I don't think people who actually send you people that buy a Lexus would be pleased with a 500 off a used car as a goodwill gesture. (My aborist gave me 500 dollars for getting him 5 new clients and my total years bill was wiped away) lastly a suggestion for the future, giving the client a list of information necessary to purchase the car. Thank you to the dealership for picking me up and bringing me to the dealership.

Friendly and helpful assistance.

Violet was so helpful and patient instructing me on how to set up my GPS for my upcoming trip to TN. Sal came bybto say hi and ask if all is well with my car. The people at Lexus of Naperville really care.

Best car buying experience ever!!

From start to finish, Lexus of Naperville wowed us with their customer service. It was well worth the hour drive to experience the Lexus of Naperville customer-oriented experience and we went home with a gorgeous Lexus ES 350. Everyone there - from the Sales Manager to the Sales Consultant and finally the Business Manager, provided an extremely high level of service making our visit the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever encountered. It was stress-free and thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish - which by the way, was under 3 hours and included an in-depth tutorial of the car functions. It was by far, the most painless car-buying event I have ever experienced.
