Exceptional experience

From start to finish my experience with Lexus of Naperville was exceptional and about as painless as car buying could be. Chris was absolutely wonderful to work with, he carefully walked me through my vehicle choices and helped me make the right purchase without feeling any pressure.. Sal was also a key part of the process and very helpful. Violet was incredibly patient and knowledgable whilst guiding me through the workings of my new car. The finance process was also easy. I walked away a happy customer!

A loyal customer for life, for a reason!

We have purchased a couple of cars from this dealership in the past and we have always received very high service. There was initially some communication mishaps and it seemed that my wonderful dealership had lost it's luster. Then stepped in Chris Colsant (Internet Sales Manager) and extended himself and brought some clarity to the issues we were having. Chris introduced us to Abdou Ali, who just seemed to deliver everything perfectly. Abdou was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Abdou held the umbrella for my wife while we looked at the car in the rain. He offered to get us coffee and allowed us to use his computer to check our financing. We talked family, life and travelling. Ali represented Lexus great and treated us very well. Then there was Chaundra (Finance) who had a wonderful personality and infectious smile. She closed our deal seamlessly and we enjoyed laughs while doing it. This is what I had become accustomed to, being treated like my dollars and my time are valued. We mattered to Ali, Chris, Chaundra (Finance) and the General Manager(Bill Kuniej). My wife drove off the lot with the truck she wanted at a price that was made to get the deal done by by Bill Kuniej. So if you matter, if your dollars matter and you appreciate being treated well. Come to Lexus of Naperville and see Abdou Ali & the rest of the staff. You will see first-hand, the Relentless Pursuit of Perfection that Lexus is about!

Tech Support

Driving my new RX 350 is rather like driving a computer. Violet lets me connect with her via email or text and responds in a timely manner. SHe's extremely thorough. The day we bought the car she spent nearly 45 min. describing its applications. She also met with me when I had the car washed one time and spent another half hour "teaching!"

Quick, comforatble sale

Sal was very personable, and I felt very much at ease with him. No pressure tactics ,but he was very honest and easy to talk with.

Dealership and sales person very considerate.

The sales person, Jon Krier, was mindful of my needs and gave me a great deal of time as I test drove different models and came a final decision about which Lexus was best.

Service

We were inform about the dealership from friends who purchased cars from them. Both Jon Krier (salesman) and Mike Comer ( Technology) special were especially helpful in selecting the car and helpful in explaining the electronics of the car. I would definitely recommend Lexus of Naperville.

Second car purchased from this dealership and it never disap

A couple months ago me and my wife were looking for a 2015 Lexus IS 250 all wheel drive. When we came into the dealership we met with Jon he was very knowledgeable friendly and not pushy at all and also seemed very honest. We didn't buy that day but came back the next day and got the car. We got a fair amount for our trade,may be paid a little bit too much for the car but it was fair. We will definitely be recommending and returning to Lexus of Naperville...

good Experience

This is our first experience with Lexus in general and of course Lexus of Naperville, we were looking for a small family car, met with Abdou Ali, he did a very good job understanding our needs, and guiding us to the right direction, we ended up leasing a Lexus NX200t, which we love so much, we definitely recommend Ali and Lexus of Naperville to anyone, we will be sending them tons of business and referrals

Smooth and Fair Transaction

Abdou did a great job showing us the type of car we were looking for. He took his time with us from the test drive to the delivery. After we purchased our ES350 Violet Vrsek did a thorough job showing us the cars amazing features and endless personal customization settings. We will definitely be buying another Lexus from Abdou and Lexus of Naperville
