Great Experience/ Friendly and Professional

I have purchased over "80" Toyota products since 2001. 47 Lexus and Toyota's. I have been impressed with everyone from Bill K. The Gm down to the service Delivery of Violet V. George D. And Bill C. In finance at Lexus Naperville! Pete M. At Toyota along with AJ and Todd C. In sales. I buy cars because these people continue to take care of me and my company Cherry Logistics.. Your products and services are second to none..

Lived up to all the good reviews!

Based on all the good reviews I read here I contacted Jon Krier regarding purchasing a new 2016 Lexus. I was somewhat skeptical of all the positive reviews Jon had but he quickly dispelled my doubts. He promptly returned my emails and phone calls which I find a rarity. When dealing with him in person there was NO pressure to buy. He went out of his way to find what I wanted and make sure I had all the information I needed to make my decision. Any questions or issues I have had since the purchase have been treated in exactly the same dependable manner. Jon has truly earned all the good reviews and I am recommending him to my friends and family.

Honest Thanks for a job well done.......

I have given this Dealership, "Lexus of Naperville" an excellent rating because they always make us feel welcome and appreciated. They go overboard with attention to detail and personal requests. Always are there with all the added attention, courtesy, extra incentives and just the honest approach to satisfying our every want when finding us the perfect RX350 beautiful White Pearl SUV that stands out from all others. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from them in 9 years and the attention, whether its my first visit or my hundredth is always the same.....PERFECT. From finding the perfect SUV to every detail wanted, they made all our wishes a reality. Bill Kuniej, Violet Vrsek and Abdou Ali were awesome to work with, never making us feel we took too much of their time. Treated us both with respect and the warmth of friendship rather than someone just wanting to sell a car..... They have spoiled us and made us feel sooooooo special and important to them, especially Violet, with her never ending patience to answer all and every silly question I had. What a fabulous customer service

Chris (sales manager), Bill (Finance) , Ali (Sales rep), and Violet (Delivery) partnered together to provide a very superior customer experience when I got my sedan this past weekend.. Chris offered a great price to begin with to avoid the typical back and forth, Ali patiently answered all my questions and even got a car I loved from a different dealership, Bill ensured the transaction was smooth and easy without too much pressure to buy additional products and Violet went above and beyond helping me get acclimated with my new car and took care of minutest details such as (iPass stickers, Setup Bluetooth, Homelink setup etc) all with a wonderful smile.

Professional,genuine--courteous-best experience of new car

As i searched available dealers for cars&pricing,most were polite and informative. Beacuse I was buying a car( and not a pizza)a, i had many questions about the purchasing process,decision making--getting over the "psychological hump"of spending this kinda money.Most of the dealers just wanted to cut to the chase and get me in the dealership.As I had my own "filter process" of calling first--feeling the guys out--Chris was very genuine with the initial questions,the small questions-knowing my filters of anxiety--taking me thru the process like some sort of therapist.He put real humanity&genuiness to it.As I did like other salesman in other dealers,Chris demonstrated this hands on connection of personal comfort,and took time--even off work hours tending to my small detail anxieties..Chris was the very best salesman ive dealt with in now my 8th car purchased over 30 years..

Great experience!

I'm super glad I went exactly to this dealership! The staff is super nice and professional! Mr. Abdou helped us to choose the car. He answered all my stupid questions :) It was a pleasure to be his client! I definitely recommend this dealership!

Technology

Have had a problem with getting my car to recognize a person in my address book. Today, Violet Vrsek assisted me and fixed ALL my concerns with ease. She was so nice and really made me feel like my problems were important to her. I would highly recommend this dealership and her!!

I enjoyed the buying ecperience

Nice people. I was treated fairly. I got a good deal. Great delivery with the bow etc..... put a smile on my wife and my face. Love the car. Hats off to Paul Szmergalski....a true gentleman and sales rep. Paul knows his cars and was a pleasure to work with.

An unexpected pleasant experience

We have purchased over 20 cars in our lifetime, and walked into Lexus of Naperville expecting the usual high pressure tactics. We were greeted by Sal Lala, the sales representative for the dealership, and what a pleasant experience it was. He was very curteous, very knowledgeable and very professional, that we felt at ease buying a car from him. All the associates we dealt with at the dealership were also outstanding, Tony the General Manager and Violet the Tech person. What an unexpected pleasant experience making that purchase was.
