my first buy at Lexus of Naperville
I was looking for RX 350 about 6 months, waiting for 2016 model. My son and me talked to Jon Krier. Visited dealership, and got every information I was looking for about the vehicle. It was great experience and a week after, I met again and made orader what options and color i was looking and finalized. Michael Comer helped in understanding key technical features with BSM, Navigation, setting up remote start in mobile etc. Thankful to both Jon and Michael.

Great buying experience - 2016 Lexus RX350
Excellent buying experience. Mohammad in sales was very informative - not pushy - and very patient especially when choosing a color. He parked my choices next to each other on 2 separate occasions inside and out so I was confident in my final choice. He was willing to negotiate - beating other dealership prices. The overnight test drive was invaluable. And he even came in on his vacation to close the deal so I could take possession of my new car as soon as it was ready. Bill in Finance was quick and knowledgeable - breezed right through. And Violet was outstanding. Took so much time to go over the car - the technology is crazy. She welcomes as many return visits as I need with questions. Purchasing a car can be overwhelming - but at Lexus of Naperville they really made it easy and enjoyable.

Lexus IS well represented in Naperville. Repeat buyer received excellent support online and in person. Jon Kreir juggled multiple clients on a bad weather day to treat me very well. Dealership has the best facility and staff that I have dealt with past 15 years.
