This is our first experience with Lexus in general and of course Lexus of Naperville, we were looking for a small family car, met with Abdou Ali, he did a very good job understanding our needs, and guiding us to the right direction, we ended up leasing a Lexus NX200t, which we love so much, we definitely recommend Ali and Lexus of Naperville to anyone, we will be sending them tons of business and referrals

Second amazing purchase

Recently purchased a new 2016 Lexus RX 350 with a help of Philip Asiedu, which is my second Lexus purchase experience from the Lexus of Naperville. Everyone is very respectful and nice, they answer all your questions and treat you so well. Philip is an amazing person who gives you lots of options and makes you do the right choice with no pressure.

Outstanding service

We purchased a certified used Lexus RX 350 from Lexus of Naperville at the end of December 2015. We've been in the market to replace a vehicle looking at both new and used. Having visited several other dealerships of different makes we decided to visit Lexus of Naperville. The moment we walked in the front door the dealership had a different feel to it. Our salesman, Jon Krier, was tremendous to work with. We decided on certified used and Jon patiently worked with us as we test drove several vehicles before we settled on the one we wanted to buy. The general manager, Bill Kuniej, is top notch. Bill took the time to be sure we were comfortable with our options as well. All this took some time, but never did we feel pressured. The entire experience was very professional and made for an overall great experience. Any Lexus professional we encountered at the dealership - sales, finance, delivery - was very respectful, kind, and professional. We would highly recommend this dealership.

NX 200

This my second purchase (lease) from Paul and he and all of the people involved make this so easy. Had difficulties finding the right color combination and in the end they made us an offer on a car with more equipment that we started looking at, but the deal was so good, we accepted. Love the no haggle pricing and the delivery experience with Michael is awesome.

Professional and Courteous

I recently purchased my 2016 Lexus RX 350 from Lexus of Naperville. This was my 6th Lexus car purchase, but the first at Naperville. My experience was professional, respectful and overall a great experience that I would highly recommend. My salesman was Jon Krier, simply a delightful gentlemen whom made the entire experience wonderful. He respected my time, made sure that I was happy with my experience and even sat in on the delivery discussion with Violet Vrsek. She was also delightful, very knowledgeable and knew her stuff. Each interaction whether over the email with Alek and Andrew F. to face to face discussions with Chris, Jon K. Violet V and Peton (?) the finance guy were delightful. I look forward to continuing my interactions as I service my vehicle in Naperville. Thank you for my 2016, I love it.

Excellent service

We were very pleased with the courtesy of Toyota of Naperville and Jacob who was very polite and helpful. Everyone worked to make sure we understood when we asked questions about warranty, financing, and any other questions.

Nice Lexus Purchase

Excellent Purchasing Experience

I have always hated the whole experience of purchasing a used car but this time it was really a pleasure. From the start Chris responded to my e-mail quickly and with a more than honest evaluation of the vehicle we were interested in. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Nick, sale consultant, who was professional and very friendly. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and showed us the vehicle without any type of high pressure and answered all of our questions. The vehicle was perfect for us, the price outstanding and the experience was so different from that of other dealers that there was no doubt we would be purchasing the vehicle from him. The purchase itself went very smoothly and Rene, the finance manager, was not pushy but made sure we understood all of our options. I have no doubt that we will be returning the for our next purchase and for us the 90 mile drive is worth it!

Quick and easy and treated quite well

Steve Mills at Lexus of Naperville took great care of me last week when I traveled from Indianapolis to buy my car. I was treated quite well and was given as much time as I wanted with the car before and during the test drive. Even though I bought a Nissan, Steve knew about and was eager to help me with all the electronics and additional features. I experienced no run around only respect and care. Steve did a fantastic job.

Great experience, just what I expected !

Lexus of Naperville is the epitome of class, quality & customer service! I don't want to purchase a vehicle ANYWHERE else! My husband and I, being in the market for a vehicle, stopped in one cold, wet Saturday afternoon. Salesman Nick Gerlak, bundled up, came out to the sales lot, introduced himself & jumped right in with answers to our questions. We didn't find anything that day, but Nick was as professional & courteous as if we had. After a week of shopping around at other Lexus dealerships.. We ended right back at Lexus of Naperville. We asked for Nick, looked at what I was interested in & Nick closed the deal. It's the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. These guys aren't aggressive or fast talkers. They genuinely want you to be happy with your choice. I had to let the Business Manager Andrew know what a great experience I had. My husband and I are repeat customers of Lexus of Naperville & we were just reminded that their service is bar none!
