Great salesman, service dept, and overall experience

I recently purchased a GX460, and Frank Paull was the salesman I had the privilege meeting and working with. Frank provided me with the best experience in purchasing the vehicle. From the test drive, to information about the car, to discussions regarding my trade in vehicle, he was the very best. I've also had a great experience with the service department and all staff I've come in contact with at this dealership.

Wonderful experience!

Great, Friendly Service

Lexus of Naperville gave us a fair trade for our car. It was a no hassle experience working with Scott Sharrow. He made the process of trading and buying a cr seamlessly smooth. There was not a lot of waiting. The care purchased was priced fairly as well.. We are very happy with this dealership and with the service Scott shadow provided. If there is another car on their lot, we will definitely visit Scott again. The car wash program is convenient and a definite plus! Thank you Scott!

Outstanding experience

I was looking for a good SUV and I started at Lexus of Naperville, Nick Gerlak met me at the dealership and provided me with a car for a test drive. I mentioned that I was going to try other cars and make the decision in about a week's time. The interaction was pleasant without any of the typical hard sell tatics. Nick mentioned that he would be happy to work with us in finding a car and completing the deal to my satisfaction. I came back a week after and this time I wanted to try yet another vehicle, Nick was there to help me with that. I decided eventually to go with a completely different vehicale from the first two ones I had test driven. Again Nick made sure that I got the vehicles that I wanted to test drive. Nick worked out the final numbers to our satisfaction. They even bettered the loan rate offered by my bank. The handling of the deal all the way from the point I first walked into the dealership to the time I drove off was a remarkable stress-free experience. Nick took the time to explain the cars and the features, without a moment's hesitation. He prepared the paperwork and the entire process was seamless. The finance manager was well prepared and took care of the paperwork and the application in very quick time. Violet Vrsek from the delivery team was out delivery expert and she did an outstanding job explain the features. She made sure that we were clear about the features. All said, I would recommend Lexus of Naperville for fostering an excellent customer service culture and Nick and his counterparts for their quality of work, friendliness and dedication to their jobs and to their customers.

Confidence in my salesman

I have never been more confident in purchasing a car than I was the second time I purchased a car from Lexus of Naperville. My salesman Salvador Lala was absolutely excellent. He is a Very patient and understanding knowledgeable man. Just talking to him he knew exactly what I was looking for. I never dealt with a salesman like that before. A scam of epic proportions.

BUYER BEWARE: We should have seen the writing on the wall from our first visit with their "No Haggle" negotiation policy. In looking back, this was the first part of the SCAM, also known as, Lexus of Naperville. While it feels good to not have to negotiate the price on your new vehicle, you should never settle for this. At the conclusion of your purchase, you are offered the option to buy a "coupon book" and service package (AVOID AT ALL COSTS). This is to make you feel as if you are receiving a gift out of the gratitude of the dealership and salesperson. However, when having your vehicle serviced by them for either an oil change, or mileage servicing, you are in fact paying for the time that you are sitting in the waiting room, not the actual time that they are doing work on your vehicle! Doesn't seem like a big deal until you realize they are charging you over 50% more than the going wage at $140/hr to sit in their new posh waiting room. The coupon book gives the illusion that you are saving money, as they tear the pages out and apply them to your oil change, tire rotation, new battery, etc. The reality is that it does not matter what they take off your final bill, as it is over inflated well beyond what the actual cost of the service should be. For example, a new battery cost us $228 including labor. Labor, was charged for 30 minutes, or $70. A mechanic anywhere that takes 30 minutes to change a car battery needs to be fired, especially from a luxury car dealership. In another instance, we were there for about 1 hour and 40 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. We were charged over $250 in labor for the entirety of the time that we were in the waiting room. To this I bring the same argument, if you have mechanics that need over an hour and a half to change your oil and rotate your tires, you need to fire them and restaff your crew . . . unless there is something more sinister at play here. . . Don't get me started on the $4.00 FOB battery replacement fee that I did not even ask for, and did not need. In conclusion, Lexus of Naperville plays within absolutely abhorrent ethical business practices. They smile and lie to your face just like Hillary Clinton as they steal your money in the form of over inflated labor charges masked by the guise of their "coupon book". This starts from the day you walk in and they pitch to you their "no haggle" price policy, which is debatable on whether it is just laziness or a deliberate attempt to discourage you from actually getting a better deal. The scam continues every time you visit, coupon by coupon, in an attempt to make you feel as if you're getting a great deal. This is even more so now, as they have to pay for their newly remodeled waiting area. It is pretty however. Take your money elsewhere for a new vehicle, and especially for servicing. Or at the very least, review your service bill and ask why it took them an hour and a half to change your oil, and why you're being charged over $250 in labor for that said service.

Exceptional Sales Experience

I recently exchanged my RX for a NX in a new lease agreement. I highly recommend Mohammed as your Sales Rep. Mo respects your time and handles the sales discussion and process based on your specific needs. It is a no hassle approach and he comes with the bottom line figures. He is a great guy and a pleasure to work with. My new NX is exceeding my expectations and I particularly am benefiting from the phone app to start my car from the train! In the past all service experiences have been great and love the free car wash service. You can't go wrong with Lexus of Naperville.
