First time leasing
Absolutely loved Scott Sharrow as my new car consultant! Talk about no pressure, we were able to form a connection early on. First he suggested I could get comfortable and take off my boxing gloves. To me car shopping means war and I came to do battle! It was the best experience I've ever had and the process was painless! We didn't battle at all, not even with the finance guy! Lol

"Team Work"
Where do I begin. I don't like car shopping. In fact I detest it. However, that all changed with Lexus Of Naperville. What a Class Act this dealership is. I purchased my first Lexus a 2016 ES350. I searched and searched many dealerships much closer to my home. All makes and models. None came close to the professionalism, that this dealership displays. Each and every person I encountered was professional, engaging and answered all my questions. The most important aspect to my car search was the Naperville "TEAM" took the time. They were not pushy and just concerned about making a sale, and moving on to the next customer. They took their time, to make sure that I was happy with my choice. (trust me I am picky and drive my self crazy and every one else in the process). Not this group of people. In the end they become like family. Thank you Andrew Farraher, (Business Development Manager) for greeting us when we entered your dealership. That first impression and the time you took to talk with us (when you clearly had a class presentation for new customers that your dealership provides.) showed me that I came to the right place. Thank you Sal LaLa my so very patient Sales Person. You performed beyond my expectations to help me find my perfect vehicle. Thank You, Bill Kuniej General Sales Manager for taking the time to answer all my questions when Sal was off for the day. In all the years I have purchased vehicles, never has any Sales Manager taken the time you had to personally assist with my questions. Thank You, Chandra Estrada Business Manager for going over all the finance paper work and explaining the different options of service contracts. Thank You Violet Versek, Delivery and Technology Specialist, you explained things so clearly, concise, and took your time with this Senior lady about the many features my vehicle has. Your engaging smile and bubbly personality is contagious. And thank you to all the other sales people and staff who just took the time to say hello and answer questions or just engage in conversation even though you knew I was working with someone else on a sale. You truly are a "TEAM" and that is one of the attributes that helps make a business successful. This is the reason that Naperville of Lexus sold me the first 2016 ES 350 of the year. You all made me so comfortable. I recommend if you are in the market for a vehicle come see this dealership you will not be disapointed.

Great Customer Service
We worked with Steve Mills for the purchase of my car. My husband and I had some pretty tough criteria that we presented to Steve in order for us to trade in my current Lexus for a new one. Steve assured us when we began talking that he could meet our needs, of course we were skeptical. We spent a great deal of time talking with Steve along with Chris the manager about our wants and concerns.They listened, conferred and were able to get me the car I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. Lexus was not the only make I was considering but after meeting with the other dealerships it was clear to me that Lexus was the only one that really cared about my total experience in the car buying process. I am happy I went with the Lexus.

Amazing staff
My sales associate Mohammed helped to create by far the best new car sales experience I've ever had. Very straightforward, caring and not pushy. I enjoyed his personality and years of expertise! I have purchased numerous luxury cars and never had the experience of a specialist do a vehicle orientation. What a difference that made! Violet definitely knew every detail of the vehicle and was considerate of my time and numerous questions.

Great Experience
Just bought a new Lexus IS350 from Lexus of Naperville. We had Sal as our salesman and he did a great job of laying out the options for us. We were able to come to an agreement on pricing and the service at the dealership was world class. They took the time to go over all the new vehicles equipment and features. I would recommend this dealership to my friends. As for SAL.

Glad we endured the traffic
Although we live in a town with a Lexus dealer, we never buy a car from there. We have purchases our cars and had service done at the McGrath Lexus. This shopping trip, my husband insisted on visiting the Naperville Lexus dealership to see a car he found on line. I fought tooth and nail not to go there for the traffic is so horrible. He won and we are both delighted with our new Lexus purchased there. Our two days were also very long. I am still wondering why we were there so many hours to close a deal on our car. That said (horrible traffic, tremendously long period of time to close a deal), the staff was very accommodating to work with.

Delivery Specialist
Violet Vrsek; Violet made every attempt to make sure that I new how my new Vehicle's Electronic Equipment operated. That I could safely drive the car out of the dealership. During my 5000 check she again went over the vehicle details to make sure I had no further questions. Her service was 5 star.

Very Good Experience but a Long Day
Everyone I dealt with was courteous and helpful and I received the best deal I could find in the Chicago area. The only downside was that I closed the deal and took delivery on a Saturday and it took the better part of the day to be completed. Word to the wise is to try to restrict your activity with car dealers to week days.

My Favorite Dealership in the WWW (Whole Wide World)
I bought my first vehicle from Lexus of Naperville (LoN) in 2007, and I've ONLY bought vehicles from them ever since. I've bought MANY vehicles from them, and referred others, because they're simply the best at what they do. They are, hands down, exceptional in the sales process AND service after the sale. The dealership is owned by a very caring family man, and his values are evident in all the employees I've encountered at LoN. Everyone is warm, caring and intentional about your buying (and service) experience being a pleasant one. Fair pricing and exceptional service is this dealership's mantra. If you're looking to purchase a vehicle you can't go wrong with Nick Gerlak (the allstar salesperson), Hani Dolat, or Rick VanPelt! Tony Stewart is the best sales manager on the PLANET.
