Beautiful Car, Wonderful Buying Experience

I had been looking for a new car for about 3 months. I was looking for a sporty car that had all the bells and whistles I wanted and the RC350 was perfect. The whole experience at Lexus was relaxing and helpful. There was no pressure at all from Hani for me to buy this car, he was more than helpful in showing me the features and taking me for a test drive. (I couldn't do the driving as I just had a knee replacement.) Yes I bought the car without driving it and have been nothing but happy about it. Hani accommodated me byt allowing me to take the car for a few hours so I could really get the feel for it (my sister drove it). By the end of the day I was ready to buy but exhaused but Hani made the purchase quick and simple and had the car washed and polished as I worked with the financing dept. Chandra made the purchasing process very efficient and simple, getting through within about 20 minutes. Violet was extremely helpful showing me all the things I could do with the electronics including the phone app. She has offered to show me again when I'm able to drive the car and I'll take her up on that. I can't express enough how different this experience was than the other dealerships. They not only had the car I was looking for but they made the whole experience delightful. I can't express enough how glad I am that I bought the RC350

Very Attentive to Our Needs

In dealing with Steve, I felt like he was partnering with us to help choose the best car for our needs. I felt like he was concerned for us - not for a sale. He was very knowledgable and professional - there was no sales pressure or hard negotiating. In general, everyone at Lexus of Naperville - even when getting a car wash - was courteous and trying to make every interaction easy.

Very happy.

Dan Foster did a great job to. Went above and beyond to make us happy with the purchase. No pressure sales person. Would purchase next vehicle there.

MOST AMAZING CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!

When I got to the dealership I wasn't expecting to but a car, I just was just looking. I was interested in looking at the 2015 rc. Anytime I went to look at cars in the past it was a hassle. One I told Mohammed what car I wanted to see he quickly brought up a clean rc in the exact color I wanted to see. Once I test drove the car I knew I was going to buy it! I quickly and easily went through the finance department where things were explained very simply to me by Chandra. She was great. She broke everything down for me so it was easily understood. The icing on the cake was the delivery of the RC. Violet was my technology specialist and she was terrific! She answered every single question I had. She was extremely patient and her friendly personality and professionalism were much appreciated. I will be back to Lexus of Naperville for all of my car purchases in the future. They have a great team of employees that made the process quick and painless!

Rating my buying experience from Dan Foster

I was very impressed walking into the dealership, the greeting I received from reception and then dealing with Dan Foster made it a great buying experience. He was very helpful and accommodating and went out of his way to guide me through the process. Dan introduced me to Jake and Rene who were all great guys , too, and very helpful. I have a strong impression Dan and your team will take care of my long term car needs, which is critical to me. I really felt like a customer. Tried the car wash service last week...awesome! Plus Rene and Jake were very helpful on a few additional matters. Things are going well with my ES 350 and will keep you all posted. Dan and the team, keep up the good work...a great value!

Sal Lala and Tony Stewart really worked hard to put this deal together. They are polite, helpful and sincere gentlemen I have ever worked with. I would completely trust them to put my mother in the right car at the best price.

Excellent service and treated with respect

My first contact with Andrew Farraher, Business Development Manager at Lexus of Naperville, was on a phone call from another dealer's parking lot to inquire about a previously owned 2013 Hyundai Tucson that was listed on their website. We had just lost out on another vehicle we were interested in purchasing due to it selling the night before at the dealership I was calling from, and I wanted to confirm the Tucson was available at Lexus of Naperville. Andrew was very friendly and helpful from the beginning and confirmed the car was indeed still there. Andrew greeted us when we arrived at the dealership and explained a little about Lexus of Naperville and their philosophy on customer care. Andrew introduced us to Steve Mills who would assist us with the car. While we continued to speak to Andrew, Steve readied the Tucson for our viewing by having the car washed. Very nice! Once the car was ready Steve explained the features on the car and then took us over to the Dan Wolf test track a couple minutes from the dealership. We were able to put the Tucson through a variety of environments on the 1/4 mile track, from panic breaking on wet pavement, to running down a cobble street to see how the suspension absorbs bumps. While we were test driving the Tucson Steve had the used car manager evaluate our trade-in vehicle. When we arrived back at the dealership we were ready to sit down and settle on a price. This process was painless as we quickly arrived at a mutually agreeable price on the Tucson and our trade-in. The reason the transaction was so fast is because Steve and everyone else at Lexus of Naperville didn't treat us like we were completely unaware of the Internet and the vast amounts of available information on automobiles, automobile pricing, trade-in values, etc. This level, of what I refer to as respect, was not what we received at some other dealerships we visited over the last couple of weeks. Also, keep in mind Steve, Andrew and the rest of the Lexus of Naperville team were not selling us a $60,000 Lexus, but were in fact doing their best to help us with a 3-year old Hyundai Tucson and our 10-year old Kia Spectra 5 trade-in. The finance part of the transaction was equally as trouble free thanks to the help of Business Manager Chandra Estrada. Chandra was able to get us the finance rate we were looking for as well as giving us options on additional warranty coverage. From arrival to departure we spent less than two hours completing our vehicle purchase at Lexus of Naperville, which for anyone that has purchased a car with a trade-in knows is a fairly fast transaction. The other great thing about purchasing a vehicle from Lexus of Naperville is that no matter if you leave with a brand new Lexus or a previously owned Hyundai you still get the great staff, and wonderful amenities (free car washes, free loaners, top notch service department, etc.), of a first class luxury dealership.

ES 300H (2016)

Unlike other vehicle purchases I have made, this experience was truly phenomenal! I arrived not fully intending to purchase but my salesman, Steve Mills, convinced me that I was in the right place. He was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, responsive and non-pressuring. My new car orientation with Michael was also outstanding! He was patient, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the product. I returned the next day for sealer application (3M) and both Steve and Michael were available, helpful and assisted me in getting done several things I needed completed. I was so impressed that I brought in my 2013 vehicle for service the same day! I expect to have my cars serviced at this dealership, as well as visit there to make future purchases.

Outstanding care!

Jon Krier has showed me and my wife that buying a car at the dealership does not have to feel like you are just another "number". He was patient with listening to our needs. Made us feel all the way through that once we find that "match" car that it will provide us with options and reliability just beyond our needs.
