We were treated with the professionalism expected from a Lexus dealer. Our questions were answered with respect, the dealer spent almost 4 hours with us. All of this made us feel as though we were the only people in the dealership. Each person who handled the transaction, from initial contact, to signing papers, to pulling out of the lot, was more than polite and generous with their time.

Our salesman Sal Lala made selecting a new lexus at Lexus of Naperville, selecting features and getting to a final price incredibly easy and enjoyable. Sal was never pushy, and instead he listened carefully to what we were looking for and offered great advice and information that helped us to make a decision. He earned our trust before we bought our car and has been in contact since. He is very genuine. The dealership seems very focused on customer satisfaction after the sale as well. Glad we were lucky to have worked with Sal and looking forward to working with him in the future.

Great experience when buying a non-Lexus
I went into this dealership after an online search for a used GTI and it brought me to this Lexus dealer. I was quickly contacted via phone and email the day before I was able to visit their location. When I was browsing the lot looking for the car I saw online, Steve came out and made sure I was being taken care of. Everything from there on out was great, from any questions about the car to the test drive (the local test drive track is fun!) to the final sale was a very positive experience. Steve kept in touch with me even off business hours to confirm car availability and scheduling a time for me to come back in for the actual purchase. This dealership is beyond professional and I'd recommend them no matter what kind of car you're looking for.

Not just a great car, but stellar service!
Violet Vrsek took on the daunting task of showing us all of the "bells and whistles" our 2012 RX 350 Lexus featured. We hadn't purchased a car since 2007, so we were amazed at all of the latest, up to date surprises. She took her time, never rushed and patiently reviewed (sometimes over and over) all of the luxury gizmos. She was very congenial and made the learning experience an enjoyable orientation. Great experience - 1st time buyer
We stumbled upon the RX350 F Sport after test driving an Acura MDX across the street. Steve Mills met me in the dealership lot and took time to educate us about the car and its features. This was my 1st experience looking at a Lexus and 1st experience at Lexus of Naperville. Steve was very patient, and not a pushy salesman which we appreciated. After a test drive around the track and a couple days texting Steve my questions we made the decision to purchase our 1st Lexus. The negotiation was quick and professional. Steve made the entire process painless and presented the car to us with the Lexus bow from the Christmas commercial. Rene Payton in Finance was terrific, too. It could not have been a better experience which made a great, lasting 1st impression.

First time buyer
This is my first time making a big purchase and the staff at this dealership was very helpful. My sales guy Hani was very easy going and he made this experience a very comfortable one. We found the truck With the options I wanted at a different location and I was told that they could have it to me in a week or two. I got a call the next day stating that my vehicle was in and I could come pick it up. The technology specialist (Violet) did an excellent job making sure I understood how to use the features of my car. She even called a few days later to see if I had any issues or questions. I would definitely recommend this dealership to other buyers. Thanks guys for a wonderful experience! BTW I LOVE my new car! 2015 Nx 200t

Outstanding customer service
I truly would like to thank all you guys at Lexus of Naperville car dealership. You guys are truly keeping the standards of Lexus High. I would like to give a special thanks to Manager Mike Jones and my service consultant tech. They was very informative and understanding to my service needs. Not only did they take care of an unexpected issue they also kept me informed step-by-step and never once said what he could not do. He only said what he could do. He even went as far as giving me a rental car for a couple of hours to make sure ,I wasn't inconvenience. I have been working in customer service for over 20 years.I know great customer service when I receive it. When I left Lexus of Naperville Car Lot I knew, I would be returning again rather it be for the servicing of my vehicle RX 350 or to purchase a new one from Lexus of Naperville. Best buying car experience ever!
Violet Vrsek was very nice explaining the new car features. She really toke the time with a big smile on her face! She never made us we were a bother to her! Way to go Violet! Scott Sharrow was very helpfull taking over while Nick Gerlack was on vacation. He made the purchase look very easy. Securing finance trough Lexus was easy and they even my credit union finance rate from 1.99 to 1.95 percent finance! Picking up our new GX 460 from Lexus of Naperville was the best choice! We will go back and purchase again from them.
