Great Car, Kind People

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Lexus of Naperville. We got a 2015 Lexus IS 250 F Sport. It drives very smooth and is extremely reliable. The car looks beautiful and I look for excuses to drive it every day. The employees at the dealership were very kind and trustworthy. They went through everything with us step by step, even all the wonderful new features in our car! I highly recommend this dealership and will be back to say hello.

Sales of Lexus 350RX suv.

I would rate my experience overall as a strong five star. Salesperson was knowledgeable in all aspects of the 350Rx suv and the sedan. Answered all questions I had & more. He was very excited about the Lexus cars. The employee who took me through the technology on the navigation systems was equally as knowledgeable. A very pleasant experience for both my brother & myself. I would certainly recommend Lexus of Naperville to my friends. Love my Lexus.

Excellent customer service

We recently purchased a 2014 Ford Escape from this dealership. Even though we did not buy a Lexus, the staff treated us like valued customers. Their level of service was excellent. Laura Krist guided us through the process, from the test drive to the final cost. She is friendly, courteous, very professional and made sure we were happy and satisfied wirh the transaction and ultimate purchase of the vehicle. Job well done!

Very pleasant !

I was very impressed with the buying experience! Rick was low key in his approach to making the sale .He knew his product and found us exactly what we wanted. Violet also was a very pleasant person to work with. She expressed herself very well and showed lots of patience in explaining things to us. Her presentation was excellent !

Experience in purchasing first Lexus

I never felt pressured at this dealership. I first encountered Dan Foster when I came to get some general information on a Lexus Hybrid. We had a candid discussion regarding what I owned and how a Lexus could rectify the issues I had. When I seriously was considering a Lexus 300 ES, Laura assisted me and addressed all the questions I had. The delivery day of my new car was well done by Mike Comer and Laura. I am very pleased with my new car and the TLC I received at Lexus Naperville.
