Mitchell Subaru

This is the second Outback we have purchased from Mitchell Subaru. You can't do better than the folks at Mitchell. Everyone we met, from receptionist to sales, service and financing, are a pleasure to deal with. Since we bought our first Outback 12 years ago, technology has changed dramatically and we certainly appreciated the added safety features. We highly recommend Fred A., a patient, understanding, knowledgeable salesperson, who can really explain those features and comparisons of the various models and options. You can do all the research you want and, in the end, it comes down to the people, in sales, service and support. Do yourself a favor and visit Mitchell Subaru!

The only issue I had was that getting an appointment for routine service involved a several week time lag between request and actual appointment. Emergency service was prompt. Will resolve the issue by calling for an appointment several weeks before it will be needed for routine service.

I have bought 2 cars here and have been instrumental in my daughters purchase as well. I have found the buying and the servicing of my vehicles to be a pleasing experience. I would absolutely recommend Mitchell Subaru.

I leased a car from Mitchell Subaru about a month ago, and had a wonderful experience. My salesman Rich spent his entire day helping me go through the process and deal with insurance. Spiro treated us like we were family and did everything he could to give us the best deal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy or lease a Subaru.

Unaccomodating staff, inflexible hours, do not provide loaner cars for "small" service, yet the "small" service takes two hours

Top notch dealership; Staff are helpful and well-qualified. Facilities are tidy and inviting. Especially appreciate the free transportation home when leaving my vehicles for overnight service.

I have been going to Mitchell Subaru since I bought my first one there in 1988. i have never doubted their honesty and integrity. I have sent many of my friends there and they have always been happy. Most recently my brother bought an Outback from them.They go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Would not dream of going anywhere else.
