A satisfied customer
the USB port seemed to not be working when I used my ipod so I mentioned it when I had my oil changed. The mechanics were puzzled because it showed that the ipod was getting power. After trying several things to try to figure out the problem, one of the (young) mechanics rebooted the ipod and it worked fine after that. This was not a mechanical problem with the car, but thinking it may be, he worked with it and I'm greatful to him for his help. Everyone involved seemed truly concerned and helpful.

Great Service
It was so nice to be treated like family at this dealership. They still treat us as great as when we first walked in their showroom. They even sent us a reminder email when all we needed was an oil change. Always pleasant when we call and work with us for a convenient time to get our oil change. Love these folks.

I feel a little bit like a Dinosoaur
I am presently on my third Subaru S/W from Mitchell Subaru. The other two were also bought new. This last one was purchased in 1993 and it's approaching 300,000 miles. I took it in last week for new tires and an oil change and added some new ball joints. I've always dealt with either Vinny or Ogden and at all times they have been both honest and professional. Can you ask for any more than that? If I'm still around my next new vehicle will come from these gentlemen. And it will be another Subaru S/W.

2015 imprezza sport limited
I have waited 4 months to write this review short and sweet i have never had a better buying experience feel like i got a great deal after shopping for one month they couldnt be beat.I am now going to make the 50 mile drive from my home for the 6000 mile oil change even when i have a subaru dealer 8 miles away very happy with this car so far hope the service department is as good as sales

I purchased my first Subaru in 1995 and have been a Subaru owner every since. The staff at the Canton Subaru location are fabulous. Ogden Lummis has always been so professional and helpful from the beginning. The Service Representative that I have been dealing with for many years is VinnyTrigilio. He knows my car and is always available when I come in for routine or necessary repairs. I trust this staff and have nothing but great things to say about the Subaru team in Canton.
