2015 Suburu Forester Purchaser
This particular dealership has a small, personal feel to it. My salesman was highly professional and personable. I received the exact car with the purchase price I had hoped for. I did not feel pressured to upgrade, I have purchased a few new cars. This was the best experience I have had.

They did fine. A misunderstanding about "How long will it take?" Which the dealer interpreted as 2 hours of service time, when I meant, when will it be ready. was resolved amicably by a free lender car. But is important that the service understand exactly what the customer means by the question.

New Car Purchase
NEW 2015 Subaru Outback. Great car! As previously mentioned, Subarus sell themselves. I owned my last Subaru for 13 yrs. My spouse also owns one. This is my third! Suffice it to say, a reliable, safe mode of transportation. I absolutely love this model! We have also bought our prior vehicles from the same dealership. We have had good experiences and the repair/Service Dept. is very reliable/dependable. I highly recommend both the Dealership & Service Department.

Great Car Buying Experience
This was our first new car buying experience in 17 years when we bought our existing Subaru Forester in 1998. (still running--no shocker). As a result, we weren't looking forward to the new car buying experience. But it turned out to be quite a pleasant and easy experience (did I just say..."pleasant"????) Granted, Subarus pretty much sell themselves, especially to current owners who can extol their virtues. Still, we appreciated the lack of pressure from our salesperson and his easy personality and even gave him hugs when we picked up the car. Yes, that's right. My husband and I gave him hugs. And we're not even former hippies. Thanks for a great experience, Mitchell Subaru. We L-O-V-E our new Forester!! We were referred to you by a former customer, and we'll certainly refer you to anyone we know who's in the market for a great car brand and dealership.
