Immediate friendly knowledgable service
Entire experience was superb. We purchased our 2013 Subaru Outback from Mitchell. They just completed the 30,000 mile service. Every contact by email, phone or in person was more than satisfactory. The final cost of purchase and service was also very fair.

I realy felt very respected as a woman shopping for my own car!! That says alot, as I hav been to many other car dealers in my search for a good car. The sales rep was very professional and kind. He was very prompt! I did not waste any time and had my car in a day or so. The rest of the process with the finances went very smooth as well. I am truely very happy about my car and that I purchased it from a very good dealer group.

Wonderful experience
I was looking for an Impreza and was having a hard time deciding between buying new and used. The salesman who worked with me provided in-depth information about both options and was very pleasant to speak with. Scheduled maintenance
Do to medical issue I had to ask that my scheduled service be bumped up a few days. Explained my situation to vinny, one of the reps. And understanding my situation was able to help me out to get the service done sooner as I would be traveling down to yale several times. Thanks to him and the service garage for helping me out.

2015 Outback in the driveway! My 4th Subaru.
Mitchell Subaru, Canton, Ct Good buying experience, low pressure and professional. The financial process was very well delivered. Had to wait 5weeks for the car (Outback) seems that demand is out pacing supply. The new technology is a bit over whelming and we are somewhat disappointed in the presentation and organization of the owners manual. Not particularly user friendly.
