I took my 2014 Outback for an oil change and rotate the tires I was very surprised it was ready sooner than I expected last time I waited for an oil change almost 2hours.

Disappointed
As always your associates are friendly and helpful, however, we purchased, at the time of buying our latest car, an insurance policy for scratch and dent sold to us by Chris Townsend. However, when we bought our car in for service and told them about the scratches and dents, we were told that they were not covered. What good is the policy is they don't cover what we were told they would. We would never have bought the policy if it was explained in the beginning the way it was explained when we went in for service. We were very disappointed in the outcome. We would recommend your dealership to friends but tell them specifically to be very careful what is told by salesmen/
