Friendly staff. Not pressured.

Everyone was polite and helpful. Laughed at my corny jokes since I was nervous. I felt very comfortable purchasing my new car.

car service

I had my car detailed and cleaned because olive oil spill and Cheryl who I spoke to on phone and then in person in Service (i hope it is Cheryl) she was nice and very sweet and hopeful. all of them are very good. she is very personable and i really like that

Great, honest, friendly, and efficient

I never thought I'd get credit approval on my own but lo and behold I went from zero to all the paperwork signed in one visit. These people are friendly, down to earth, honest, fair, and efficient. I live in NY and had to drive 2 hours one way to buy from here and it was definitely worth the time and gas.

Routine maintenance, no surprises

It was a scheduled maintenance, there were no issues, the staff were friendly, it was performed within the described time frame, there was a detailed summary and invoice which I was walked through, the pricing is fair. I remain very happy with the car and the service. This survey is a little pushy, I would prefer not to be forced to complete all components.

great service, positive experience

We chose Mitchell Subaru over other dealers because of their good reviews, and a few of our friends had bought vehicles from them in the past 2 years and were pleased with the service and experience. We initially went on a Saturday and noticed how busy it was. First thought was hmmmm, must be a good place. Salespeople were not pushy. (Big plus). After purchasing our car, we had a question about the bluetooth and the service tech was prompt and courteous answered our question. John G was our salesman, did great job. Recommend him if you are looking for a car.

Great Service Friendly atmosphere.

Brought my car in for a recall but also had some routine service done. As always, I was greeted by my service manager who reviewed the reason I was there and asked if there any other issues with the car that needed to be addressed. The waiting area was very clean and had a TV and refreshments along with accommodations for people who need to work. Work was done promptly and neatly. Service manager went over the service report and noted areas that needed to be addressed in the near future. All in all, a very good experience.
