Satisfied customer

Everyone was helpful, first to last. And when an appropriate, less expensive item (under warranty) could not be found, they installed a more expensive item. Quality service persuades me that the 1+ hour drive is well worth the bother.

That's a wonderful testament to the team's efforts, Mr. & Mrs. Davis, and we can't thank you enough for relying on us, particularly with the miles to get here.

Reliable and trustworthy service department folks.

The car needed a #1 U-joint and prop. shaft. We were told the service would take 1.5 to 2 hours, and it was finished in just over an hour. The price was about 70% of what were quoted at another dealership. Plus, the service staff is friendly and skilled at explaining the work to be completed. They keep their promises, too.

Great services.

The buying process for a new car was made very easy by the staff. I never felt rushed in making my decision and the staff explained very well and in detail the entire process. They went over the car specs, costs of additional features and what was the bottom line.

Great Service, Friendly Staff

I took my 2009 subaru outback in for a recall notice, and the service was excellant. I have been to this dealership before, and I find the people there to be very friendly and helpful. Outback repair

Always friendly, good service. The only problem is that I was told I could have a loaner for the day but then there were none available this week. Luckily I had a car to use until noon and my car repair was done by then.

We're sorry about the loaner availability, Judy -- as everyone is finally emerging from under the snow and ice, our service team has been running wild trying to get to all the "put off" maintenance our neighbors need! Wonderful to hear that the team was able to get the repairs done promptly, though.

Great experience!

We hate the whole process of buying cars---the pushy salespeople, the back and forth haggling with the manager in the backroom, the extra surprise costs, etc. At Mitchell Subaru, we didn't get any of that. They were very professional and honest from the start. Would definitely recommend them to others.
