Family business
I would greatly like to thank Jim P. for an outstanding experience in getting my husband into a silverado back on July 4th weekend. I loved Jim and the family feel of the dealership that I went back for myself. This Labor Day weekend for a Traverse. Could not be happier with my SUV and my husband with the Silverado. Excellent staff,Chris jr. was great,took the time to listen to what I wanted,brought the Tahoe from the other lot to show me,the used car mgr.gave me a fair deal for my Tahoe,and they gave me a fair price for theirs,so we had a deal,thank You. Would buy again,and recommend to all looking for car.

courteous, friendly sales team, good product line
my wife and i are not comfortable with high pressure sales..we like to think we are reasonably methodical in purchases of this size.. you dealer ship was already know to us because of the positive experience we had with with an HRH recall you helped us with..so JIm Durkin was a no nonsense, courteous salesmen, So, Janet and i would definitely recommend Schumacher .. and we really enjoy the equinox, and that car was not even on the short list when we started

2015 Equinox
There aren't enough superlatives to explain how great of an experience I have had with Schumacher Chevrolet in Little Falls. Chris Stacy Jr. was a pleasure to deal with. I needed the truck to take two of my children back to school the week that I bought it. Knowing this, Chris Jr. put together a very fair deal on our Equinox lease and because of my timeframe, even arranged a loaner car to be available for our trip as a contingency. I am typically skeptical when hearing that a dealership treats you like family but I'm completely won over. Everyone I dealt with there, Chris Jr. in particular, was phenomenal and have earned my business and my appreciation. If you are in the market for a Chevrolet, they should be your first stop. It will save you a lot of hassle!
